Tasteless in drinks. Easy to take.
My husband was diagnosed with low folic acid but can’t take pills. This was the perfect solution. Tasteless when stirred into a drink, but need to get follow up blood work to see if it works!

Product was wrapped well, i am not sure if the liquid is suppose to be chunky and cloudy. It made me not want to use it.I have not used it because of this.

Folate but also contains folic acid
This product contains folate BUT it also contains folic acid, which is what our family, and presumably others who are looking at folate/mthf/folinic acid supplements, is trying to avoid. It’s very frustrating that some companies use dishonest marketing tactics. If you’re looking for a good folate supplement, this is NOT it.
