hello.. when is the expiration?

hello, you should be able to find the expiration dates on the bottom of the can, for all their varieties. That's where I'm finding mine. Spam typically has like a three yr or so printed shelf life when bought - give or take. My Hot & Spicy I'm looking at right now says : best by May 26, 2026 I've loved Spam for decades, whether to fry up a slice in a pan for a sandwich, or I cube it up and fry it in the pan to cook into my omelet's, or into a pan of instant mashed potatoes. So yummy it is. Plus, now with all the different flavors is great to have the options available......Enjoy

Not sure how to describe it

Whatever gunk that came with the spam inside, it is true as someone else has described it.But when someone described this product as "HOT," I'll tell you the level of "HOT" I got after eating. It has a little kick, not spicy enough to qualify as "HOT." If comparing this to the chili peppers that I'm growing in my garden, this "HOT" barely reach mild. Is this a good flavor? Taste is suggestive. It may taste good for one person but not someone else. For me, I think it taste ok. It's not the best, but not too bad. It's less salty than classic spam so that is a plus. Overall, I'll choose this over the classic any day.
