Great keyboard
Finally something that approaches a mac keyboard for the PC and doesn't break the bank. It has a nice typing feel, I've had no problems with out of sequence keys and its substantial weight in combination with 8 rubber feet make it very stable on a desk. Despite its weight, it is very thin and stylish. The only slightly negative point for me is that while the letter keys are very quiet, wider ones such as the spacebar, caps lock etc. make clicky sounds. So while it is quiet in overall use, there are typing clicks that give what noise there is an annoying irregular rhythm. Having said that, in anything but a perfectly quiet room, it is not an issue.

Comfortable to use, I'm typing with it right now!
First of all thanks to Amazon for fulfilling their Prime next day promise and delivering it next day. I used to have an Apple Magic keyboard but sold it and got this one instead. I would say the Apple one is a higher quality keyboard and the key presses are the best I've ever experienced but for £50 more than this keyboard, you'd expect that from high end Apple products. This keyboard still has comfortable soft key presses and low travel like a laptop one. The Apple one had also swapped the " and @ symbols around which was annoying for Windows users, thankfully they are back in their normal places on this keyboard. It's plug and play so Windows 10 installed the drivers as soon as I plugged the USB cable in. Just the "Pause" key isn't working in Spotify or Media Player, I might have to check the Cherry website about that. I have uploaded a photo of the standard UK keyboard layout I received which is slightly different from Amazon's stock photo. First the backslash and pipe key is at the normal position at the right side of the left shift key, this is essential for us programmers and having such a large left shift key would just be bizarre. Second the Return key is full size which you will notice if you compare my photo to Amazon's, this is also better and easier to find when typing. You can also see the hash key is to the left of the Return key, but in Amazon's photo it is on the 3 key instead of pound, not good for UK users. The one in Amazon's stock photo looks like an American layout as there's no £ sign, and with @ on the 2 key and " just to the left of Return where # should be. The LED lights for lock keys are on the individual lock keys which is a nice touch. There are also 7 multimedia keys for media playing, volume, calculator and a useless browser 'home' key which I tested whilst writing my review and lost what I had written before and had to re type this review again from scratch! Avoid that key if working in a browser! Next to that key is a 'windows lock screen' key. I think these 2 keys are pointless and I would have preferred 3 sets of 4 function keys along the top with spaces between the 3 sets, as a programmer I need to find CTRL+F5 easily but it's not too difficult. Overall I am pleased with this keyboard, it is comfortable and easy to use. I wouldn't recommend it for gaming as I don't think the soft keys could handle aggressive gaming sessions for too long. It is ideal for touch typers looking for laptop style keyboards. It's not ergonomic shape like Microsoft's Natural keyboards but I prefer soft keys like this one's.

Amazing keyboard minus the lack in inclination
I got this as a replacement for a faulty Cherry Strait 3.0 and I'm very glad I did. So far the typing experience is superb. The soft clicking feel of the keys is amazing and makes you want to type more and more. Especially if you have ever used an Apple keyboard you'll be able to appreciate the quality of the Cherry KC 6000 Slim. If not anything, for the huge difference in price, you cannot buy anything closer than that. Also the look of the silver KC 6000 is almost identical to an Apple keyboard. The full keyboard layout is pleasing, well and properly spaced and the keys are large enough, but not huge, they will allow comfortable typing. The device is heavy enough and includes small rubber pads that prevent it from sliping or moving around even when the keyboard is placed on a glass surface. One feature that is really missing are inclination brackets at the back, so users can have the keyboard more inclined for more comfortable typing. As it stands it is not bad, but if you're used to inclined keyboard, the flatness of the KC 6000 might put you off. The USB cable of the keyboard is about 1.85m in length, so that should cover most needs. I haven't tried it in playing games, but I think that gaming is not what the KC 6000 was made for primarily. Sure it would tackle a bit of games, but there are other keyboards specifically for that. The KC 6000 is more business use and writing orientated. Loving this keyboard, it fed my nostalgia for the good ol' Apple keyboard into a pc environment. I hope the next revision of this keyboard comes with inclination brackets, it would be an absolute must have keyboard then.

Well made, robust and great ‘feel’, among the best you can get!
For some context, I bought this for my wife who works long hours writing emails all day long, she wears out the printing and the switches fail on her normally every 2-3 months, thats cheap KB’s from Chinese brands to expensive ones from major brands. We both see interface items like mice & keyboards as tools and having both worked high-profile jobs doing long hours, know that feel and durability is important. We both used to preferred long-throw keys, but in recent years have transitioned to short throw Apple style KB’s to reduce RSI, fatigue and improve comfort. If you are a hardcore user, this keyboard is excellent; well made, comfortable, reasonably priced and has the double height return key! It’s lasted for 10 months so far and seems like it may go for at least the same duration again. Keys look printed not etched but have not worn off, and the switches are still working well. Wired is a bit of a drag, but then again we don’t have to change the batteries or charge it. I think this is up there with the best KB’s available!

Nice keyboard
I got this PC version as a replacement to a Mac keyboard that I used on Mac and PC and this one is almost identical. The low profile keys may for quick crisp typing with just the right amount of feedback need for general typing and the low profile keys (similar to laptop ones) make typing much quicker than the more chunky standard basic PC keyboards. I wouldn't say this is a gaming keyboard, although you could technically use any keyboard for gaming. I would not exactly calls this a "whisper quiet" keyboard as there is still sound when typing (just ligght brushing you fingers over keys gives the subtle shuffle sound) but not loud clickety clack like many keyboards. Its flat keyboard and bit of weight to is is very comparable to the 3 times more expensive Mac keyboard - this is almost identical in length and only slightly (few mils) taller than that. Its nice to get a keyboard with a nice sized Enter key, although left shift is like a third of the size of right shift, perhaps changes according to keyboard language layout (got British one). The images here are a slightly bit enhanced as the red colour under and around keys is not as pronouced on the keyboard as in the pics, its much duller and not noticed depending on angle and light level. The only negative I could give this keyboard is the design for the raising of the keyboard. I use it flat as the rubber blocks you get come in one size and you have to peel and stick them on - so there is no flexibility to add or remove - use flat or raised depending on your useage in a day. Would have been nice if the "fixed approach" gave two sized blocks set to cover more individual tastes. Another oddity is the Caps Lock, its a down arrow, rather than the usual "Caps Lock", "Caps" or "double Up arrow" on all other keyboards I have used - perhaps its a cultural thing being German? All things aside I'd still recommend this keyboard for any PC user, and especially anyone looking for a Mac replacement (if you get the grey mac model keys edition) for a fraction of the price.

Superb chiclet keyboard, fantastic quality.
This keyboard has dramatically improved my productivity. Coming from a mechanical keyboard, this chiclet style takes maybe a hour or so to get used to, and then it’s an absolute dream to use. You’ll find your fingers glide over the keys with ease, and they have a satisfying click as you use them. They’re a little thicker than laptop keys but far thinner than the mechanical variety and are adequately spaced out to avoid pressing two keys at once. This was a pet hate of mine with mechanical keys. The keyboard itself is super thin and has a quality metallic design. As others have said, it’s basically a PC version of Apple’s magic keyboard at well over half the price. It also comes with 4 plastic feet in the box to prop it up at a more comfortable angle to type on, so don’t be put off by others saying that it’s too flat. The addition of a calculator button is the finishing touch to a terrific product. It’s a little pricey, but you get exactly what you pay for. No drivers needed for installation, just plug into a standard USB port and away you go. Five stars!

Avoid, you'll be replacing it in a few weeks
Truly horrible keyboard. the sound is really bad, the keys are not sensitive enough, and it's completely over engineered. Two stabiliser bars under caps lock, one under right shift, and none under left shift. All featuring different scissor designs. If you ever need to remove a key to clean underneath (and you will eventually), it is not possible to reset the keys. Now I see why this trash was reduced in price. Feels like an admission.

Even the smallest debris or breadcrumb will prevent the keys from working
It is a decent keyboard. It is OK for occasional gaming, because the WASD keys and the other keys typically used during gaming can be activated simultaneously. For proper gaming, however, it is better to get a real gaming keyboard. I would have liked if there was a backlit version of this keyboard, but there isn't. At the end I built a dedicated LED lamp for the keyboard though, which is even better than having a backlit keyboard in my opinion. The biggest pain point is that even the smallest debris or breadcrumb will interfere with the activation of the keys, because it prevents them for moving until the end. I suppose it is the price to pay for the very short travel of the keys. Still, I regret buying this keyboard due to that. The position of the lock key just above the backspace is also difficult to justify. Pressing that key locks the PC, equivalent to pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete and then selecting Lock from the menu. It is way to easy to mistakenly activate it. Poor choice and poor design. Useful to have the key for starting the calculator, but it is at the very far right of the keyboard. Maybe they should have swapped its position with the useless key for locking the PC. The rubber feet are effective at keeping the keyboard in place. The feet are not adjustable and are maybe a bit too low, but I got used to it quickly.

Bon clavier

None adjustable angle
False advertisement. Last picture indicated that the keyboard was adjustable but that is false..

Muy contento
Excelente teclado que ha hecho que mi trabajo sea mucho más fácil. Excelente servicio post venta también ya que, después de 3 años usándolo, me han mandado uno nuevo porque una de las combinaciones de teclas dejó de funcionar.
