Erasing Racism
I am a 4th grade teacher in PA... I am committed to teaching history in its fullness and entirety. My students are Latino and Black and really want to know about the impact their culture have had on the American experience of today. My grandfather knew Tuskegee airmen... what a tribute.

Top notch book for kids &adults
This is an outstanding book for anyone. Reader level is about 3rd grade and up. I have followed the Airmen for a long time, and this book is outstanding. Plan to buy more for other mid-element. Kids. Wish it had some photos.

Great book
The book talks about the famous squadron called the Tuskegee airmen and they went to battle against the axis power and they had over 1,200 missions and about 60 won the purple heart badge. These were very powerful people who served in the army and helped won the war

History is important !!!
I liked this book because it was written well. History about African Americans should contain much more than slavery. These soldiers are NOT taught about in all history classes like it should be. I am very happy to have this book in my collection of books.
