Racold Cdr 15 H_W 15-Litre Horizontal Water Heater (White)

I ordered racold gyser from Amazon and this time I am getting very worse service. I got delivry in time but the installation process not done in time. After waiting for week then I called to amazone service center mr akashgave me a racold installation service but the no not in service. Again I called to Amazon service center the get another no. I told them that I got already a no. Then the executive told me that 1st no irls invalid no. Then call the racold service center no n they told me that I have to register first n gave request for installation. But before 2 months ago I brought recold gyser that time I dont made request or call the technian came n done the installation but this time it's a very worse service provided by Amazon team. Very disappointed.

It was sold as a horizontal geyser BUT it was a vertical model. The supplier will ruin his reputation and have a doubt about yours too.

Not Good this product

I was recommend by my friend, the body is plastic and light weight. Easy to install, but had to spend 350 for inlet outlet pipes,and 300 for installation. Performance is very good with water getting heated quickly. Ideal for People staying in high rise who have space constraints in false roof of toilet. Please ensure if you want piping in left or right.l by choosing LHS or RHS model type. Service team is quick and responsive by sending technician to install. One star deducted for vendor who did not supply free installation coupan in packaging box.

I am using Racold geyser from many years. Earlier the same model was there in rented house and used there for 4 years without any issues. Now for my own house i bought the same model and using it. If you just want sufficiently hot water in all seasons just buy Racold, otherwise you can buy anything else. I know many people use Racold and even plumbers recommend Racold, but i wonder why the number of reviews are less for this brand !
