I have had a pacemaker/defibrillator for about 11 years. I am sensitive to many meds and was experiencing a terrible quality of life on most of the meds my heart doctors were giving me until I researched quite a bit to find the best alternative for me. I do not suggest anyone should do what I have done because you may have different issues which could be dangerous or even deadly...maybe you are okay with prescribed medications! I have been off heart meds for over four years. My blood tests have vastly improved since the change as has my quality of life. I do take five of these per day (3 in a.m., 2 in p.m.). I have no blockages. My heart is 100% paced. I am grateful that the ratios I require of certain ingredients in this product has been very beneficial to me personally. Though I am not against prescribed meds, I do take some for certain things at certain times, my longevity could not be assured by either my doctor's prescriptions or by these natural doses of researched ingredients. I have well passed the time they thought I would live. I am very pleased with this product.

Ive been taking this a little over a week. My BP was hovering around 190/120 to 170/115... Within a day it was lowered. After a week of use it has gone down to 135/88..One ISSUE so far, I have to take two in the morning and two in the evening or it will rise by evening. This means one bottle only lasts me 15 days. I need two bottles to hold me for a month. Makes it more expensive but better than BP meds...Im hoping that it builds up in my system and Ill be able to take just two in the morning. Ill update.

This product works for me. I take 2 per day in addition to my prescription blood pressure med. I am able to avoid an additional bp prescription med. because Bio Nutrition works so well. My complaint is with packaging. The last few times I orderd the product several of the capsules were broken. They cannot be used because they scratch my throat going down. It would be nice if extra padding were put in the shipping boxes to prevent this from happening.
