Gentle and good for those who react with upset stomach to other probiotics. I take them a couple of months a year now that I can handle rotating them with others.

Only have to take 1 capsule, vs other brands that require 2 capsules. So take that into consideration when weighing cost per use. Spore probiotics are the way to go for overall gut health, and this one works great.

Hands down best option for me! I have had stomach issues for over 10 years. And a few years ago I found a competitor product that was helping. However I had to travel to Mexico to get it. I recently found this product. Easy to get delivered to me in the USA. Affordable. I've actually feeling more mentally alert compared to the competition one also. Higly recommend for someone trying to help with digestive issues or problems with not getting hard stool.

I have finished 2 bottles of this spore probiotic. I had been taking regular probiotics previously, and was curious about this spore type. This one says to take it at the end of a meal once a day. I find it difficult to tell if probiotics are really doing anything. I suffer from excessive burping and occasional heartburn. My doctors haven't had much for me other than PPI's, and those are not healthy in the long term, so I don't take them. My symptoms might very well be much worse if I wasn't taking probiotics, and I'm afraid to stop taking them. Not a scientific test, but this spore version seemed at first to cause wet farts and loose stool. That went away after awhile. When I had several shortbread cookies and tortilla chips before bed (wheat and corn flour are a trigger for me), I woke up with terrible heartburn. That was an extreme test however, and I should have known better. So, it's not a panacea, but might be helpful. I also think taking twice a day, one at the end of two meals might work better, and I did that several times, though not consistently. It might be improving the gut biome more than one can easily measure. Who knows. Anyway, probiotics are generally considered healthy, so I will continue supplementing my probiotic drinks with capsules like these. Whether this spore type is any better than regular, still not sure, and plan to continue taking them for at least couple more months before making a decision about that. Don't seem any worse however.

as someone who suffers from digestive consequences from undiagnosed Celiac disease I can tell you , these probiotics helped a lot. It is not a cure to all gut problems obviously, but it did help reduce my digestive issues after couple weeks of taking it

This contains Bacillus subtilis Optibiome BS50 instead of Bacillus subtilis HU58 It also contains B. clausii MTCC 5980 but missing another that is advertised. Although these are spore probiotics, I was specifically wanting Bacillus subtilis HU58 which is why I ordered this. The ingredients not being the same is a red flag to me.

I purchased this item because I was having some digestive issues and I did see a difference. They did help and I would purchase them again. Therefore I do recommend.
