It's a bit stiff on the pivot, buy that's better than too loose. Love it, saves so much time, and it's safe (you can feel what your'e doing)

Good value
Changed my strings with it. Works great. I had 2 pegs that were tightly stuck. Was worried that the peg puller plastic would break but it did not. Still I think that material should be better reinforced.

Essential for changing strings on your guitar.
Just started playing and have been struggling to change my strings. This little inexpensive item has made the process so much easier! Much faster to tighten the pegs, and the notch for pulling the pins out is so helpful! A very inexpensive item that makes a huge difference!

Satisfactory for the Casual Guitar Player
I have never had a string winder before, but thought that it might be nice to have. The price was definitely right on this winder. It works alright and is certainly much quicker than turning the keys by hand. However, there are two problems. First, the winder slips off of the keys pretty easily and this can be a bit frustrating. Secondly, under tension, the swiveling handle binds a little bit. It is not too much of an issue, but it just makes it a bit harder to turn. Of course, for this price, I don't expect a nice ball bearing swivel. As they say, you get what you pay for. This winder is likely the only one I will buy since it gets me by and, unless you're stringing guitars weekly or more, this winder should do the trick.

Good for price
Its cheap and basically a cheaply made plastic string winder, but it does the job. I bought three because i always forget where, what guitar case i put it in. So i bought 3 of these. if you never tried a string winder, it makes a difference between nicely wounded string pegs and those awful ones with overlapped windings that look amateurish. So for the price 5 stars, it does the job.
