it is what is says it is….the design with the baskets under the table top are hard to work around with my legs…. not comfort when sitting at it but standing desk its ok…. kind of bulky too

Bought this for my wife for her to do her diamond paintings on. Her large light board fits on the top, and she can put a lot of her accessories in the slots and drawers. She’s been using it for a few years now and it’s holding up great and she has no complaints, other than the stool that came with it. Replaced it with a more comfortable chair. Really nice, heavy duty desk/table for whatever your needs may be.

Great desk! Building it wasn’t too bad. Some minor things about its design that could probably use some tweaks.

I really like this desk. Putting it together was not as hard as I thought it would be, but it did take my husband and I a couple of hours. Pull up the assembly video and watch and pause as you go through the steps as this will make it easier. We did have a couple of bent metal pieces, but we were able to straighten them out and they worked fine. I am enjoying using it and very glad I purchased it. I have not put the stool together as I have a nice desk chair that works well with it.

I just got this drafting table and it is awesome. It is very well designed, sturdy and looks great. Assembly is an exercise of patience. Many pieces, but it comes with a well thought-out instructions booklet. If you take your time and pay careful attention, you will end up with a great product. You will notice that the craftmanship is very good. It provides almost anything I may want for my art work. I can adjust height and angles as I please. It comes with a stool, which is very good as well, but I prefer to use a chair that I also bought through Amazon Basics (very good chair by the way). I had to solve an issue through customer service and they were very responsive. The issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction. The table is heavy and the package should be handled by two people as indicated outside of the box. So I suspect that not doing so could be the reason why some reviewers have found blemishes on their tables. I highly recommend this table.

Beause of it's weight and bulk, Amazon contracts out these deliveries with a major service so don't expect pintpoint delivery time for you to accept this package. Thankful that it is packed from the factory very good.Found our delivery at our front driveway gate and I'm guessing because of it's size and weight, no one stole our package. After using our 2-wheeler to take to our garage, I opened the end of the box to find the glass to make sure it was not chipped or broken. Amazing it was not. Assembley was easy and the instruction were clear with decent pictures. Because of the packaging, identify and remove all the screws/nuts, small hardware and securely locate convenient to your assembly. Unlike alot of "you assemble" furniture, there is no extra screws if you happen to misplace one. Use the supplied open end wrench and allen wrench for assembly to prevent you from overtightening during assembly. You will also need a Phillips #2 screw driver, not inculded. When assembling items like this, I leave the screws less than snug until I complete the final assembly. Also, when inserting the height adjustment knobs, set you table at the lowest height as moving the the height up is easier than moving it down. The only concern the intended user of this desk is noticing is the slide in drawers may interfere with her knee when sitting for her intended use, painting. Also, the side tray does not include instructions on how to mount to the metal frame. It can be installed from the bottom of this metal frame with a little persuasion if you "Hold your mouth right" and cuss just a little. Overall, the drafting table seems sturdy and the adjustmens for angle work with ease. I think it is a keeper!!

Birthday present for my artistic 15 year old & she loves it!!! My husband & 1 son put it together quickly. It’s easy for her to raise & lower, she loves the storage baskets &, of course, the glass top is a perfect drawing surface (she added a mat to go under her computer, that was extra). It also has a pull out side table to hold her drawing tablets. This was a win, win & she’s been drawing on it (instead of laying on her white carpet-ugh) since she got it! If you have a budding artist, get it!! For my daughter, who is very hard on things, this seems to be really sturdy! I haven’t heard her bang the top lowering it (my fear) & the stool seems nice & sturdy too. Trust me, if it wasn’t study, she’d have bent the legs immediately!!
