This tea is pretty strong in flavor. needs a little sweetening. i use it with honey. i take it in the morning at the office. yes it does give you an energy boost and so far i have been happy with my purchase. i shared it with my family members and they've seemed to enjoy it too. yes i would recommend this to my friends since it does have medicinal use. supposedly its good for your heart. my opinion of course. good product. A+

Moringa tea is great

A little sweet but not to much and tastes a lot better then the powder form. Really wish more of the tea bags stay together since some of them seem to leak contents in the water when I put them in but other then that I am loving it so far.

Moringa tea is very healthful but, by itself, doesn't have much of a taste. This stuff is greatly improved by the addition of some mint, ginger, lemon, etc.
