It’s not burgundy, it’s gorgeous pink
The name of this colorant is misleading. It’s not burgundy, it’s gorgeous, deep pink. Before I needed to add a lot of pink colorant in order to get pink macarons shells, with this colorant I needed couple drops. This colorant is very concentrated. I love it’s deep pink shade

Good size bottle.
Glad I bought this size bottle, I ended up using all of it... burgandy is such a deep color that it takes a lot to achieve the desired color.

It's good for baked items
I used it mainly for cheese, as was recommended to make a specialty cheese for a former client. It worked fine for the few baking projects. I recommend it for baking, not for cheesemaking.
