Having had a bad back for numerous years now,I am at the end of my tether of trying to find products that will either help or cure. Not one has been successful....I've had Flexi bak, I've had a tennis ball plastic thing, I've had various heat belts that heat using magnets,I have a electric massager with heated balls no less,I have a posture corrector. I've always been put off this because of the £30 asking price and don't really see the point of cheaper imitations. Anyway,I got a gift card for Xmas rollso I took the plunge. Glad I did. Since I've used it ,I'm not saying I'm cured but my back feels so much better. Don't even know if I'm using it correctly.(I'm kinda sticking the balls in where I get pain,kneading the area for around 10 secs ,then releasing and apparently a surge of blood whooshes straight to the area,and aids the healing process. It sounds so simple and maybe it is because as I said previously,my back feels great. If you're unsure .....like I was.....take a punt. May be the best thing you do

I only just bought this and already it is amazing!! I cannot believe how helpful it is. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and my shoulders are rotating inward from computer work and too much typing really. I have just used it a bit and my neck has more mobility and my shoulders already feel a bit better (they will take a long time to really heal but I feel this is a great hope). It's also inexpensive which means I can do what I need without hopefully going too often to expensive massage therapists. So happy!!

Once you get the hang of using this it is really effective but you must persist and don’t expect muscles to be submissive to first treatment! Easy to find the knots with this and fits the bidy perfectly si you don’t put strain in other places when using it

Amazing product! I have so many knots in my back and whilst I should really be seeing a massage therapist once a month, I cannot afford that, so my Back Buddy gets a lot of use! I use a foam roller as well, but the foam roller doesn't get to some of my knots. I use this while watching TV and sometimes I lay in bed and use the round knobs to massage pressure points in my head as I lay down and meditate. It's pure bliss and has helped loads. Best purchase I've made in a long time! The product is super sturdy, I use a lot of pressure and it never feels like it will break.

Dont hesitate to buy. Forget tennis balls and golf balls for trigger point release this is awesome. I even hang weights on it to really get in there and breaks up the knots and trigger points really well.

This is by far the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. I have muscle pains in the back with regular nots. I have tried balls, percussion massage drills and foam rollers (which are all amazing too) but I keep coming back to this because of its versatility and ease of use to really get deep into the muscle and find the spot without being in an uncomfortable possition. More importantly, the results are amazing.

This is going to be a game changer I can tell!! Definitely worth getting to relieve shoulder and back tightness. For most effective use I’ve found heat/warm the area first and then stretch the worked muscle afterwards

I recently started using the Back Buddy, and it has helped a lot with the knots in my back. I like that I can finally reach the tight spots between my shoulder blades without asking anyone else for help. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it, and I can control how much pressure I apply. Overall, I am really happy with it and plan to keep using it whenever my back tightens up.

Ich habe den Body Back Buddy während meiner Reha kennengelernt und ihn noch währenddessen direkt für zu Hause bestellt. Er ist wirklich schmerzlindernd und trifft gezielt die Triggerpunkte. Einfach draufhalten, bewusst ein- und ausatmen – und schon atmet und drückt man sich den Schmerz, je nach Intensität, nach und nach weg. Besonders hilfreich finde ich auch das mitgelieferte Poster und die Durchnummerierung der einzelnen Massagepunkte – das ist wirklich clever durchdacht und macht die Anwendung noch einfacher. Ein großartiges Hilfsmittel für alle, die unter Verspannungen oder muskulären Schmerzen leiden. Ich möchte ihn nicht mehr missen! Zur Erinnerung, richtig atmen dabei ist essenziell!

Per chi come me fa molta attività sportiva e differente, questo arnese diventa il tuo miglior amico dopo una seduta particolarmente impegnativa. È necessario un piccolo corso formativo per poterlo utilizzare, non è intuitivo. Essendo molto specifico bisogna saperlo usare o le conseguenze possono essere importanti. Materiale molto buono. Ce l'ho da anni ed è sempre perfetto.

Un buon prodotto che fa quello che promette. Si riesce ad arrivare a tutti i noduli sulla schiena con la pressione giusta.

Goes exactly where you want it to go with whatever pressure or movement you require. Using it daily for a few seconds or minutes, just whenever I feel a knot bothering me. It follows me wherever I go...lol. It's not relaxing because you have to operate it but it works. I've used the plugin shiatsu massagers and they just don't go where this one does. Bought the Elite size and it's perfect for me at 5ft6 and my partner 6ft1. Works as a backscratcher too!
