Great Product, but Nightmare Delivery Experience
I paid $1,131.42 for the TV and speakers. Since it’s a high-value item, Amazon requires a one-time password (OTP) to be given to the driver upon delivery. This turned out to be a massive headache. I finish work at 5:00 PM, so I specifically requested delivery after 5:30 PM. However, the driver showed up at 11:00 AM, so I obviously couldn't receive it. I contacted customer service at 1:40 PM, and an agent named "Snow" promised that the delivery would definitely happen after 5:30 PM. That was a lie. I had to chat with another agent and requested delivery before 11:00 AM the next day. They promised it would happen, but the package arrived an hour late at 12:00 PM. Because of this, I was an hour and a half late for work. My advice: If you're ordering expensive items from Amazon, be prepared to stay home all day. Do not trust what the customer service agents tell you. The Product itself: On a positive note, the TV installation was incredibly simple and convenient. As you can see in the video, the design is very sophisticated and sleek. When it comes to home appliances, Korean brands truly are the best. I love the product, but the delivery process was exhausted.
