I recently purchased this product and installed it on my own only now. I have the following comments:1. Prior to purchase I had a few doubts which I wrote to the supplier and he called me the next day and clarified what I wanted to know. He was quite helpful on the phone.3. The product is quite easy to install and could easily fall in the DIY category if you are even slightly good with reading electrical diagrams and are good with the use of simple tools.4. The test procedure specified in the installation pamphlet worked the first time, though the language and description in the pamphlet could be improved significantly.5. On final installation, the product worked like a dream.6. I must mention that I installed it about 30mins ago and wrote this review; so the performance of the product needs to be experienced over some longer time.

My unit worked perfectly for 6 months. It has not starting to show erratic behaviour. Motor starts and stops every few minutes. Either the sensors have become faulty or the unit itself has developed fault. Please provide resolution.

Awesome product ! Honestly 30 electricians (SO CALLED) were reluctant to help me install this( Looks like they were scared).I literally educated them with youtube vids and elec diag's, before i found one guy after 4 months of buying it.Now my Dad does not have to go 3 floors up(Overhead Tank) and 1 floor down (Sump) every day -3 times to fill up the tank.It was his every day exercise from 8-11 AM. Now the Old man down stairs is also happy, he is getting uninterrupted water supply :-)

It works well. Only issue is the motor doesn't start unless the sump is full. It has to work as long as the water level is above Low.This is the logic problem. Hope the manufacturer corrects the logic in next version.Adding feedback after 6 months.The underground sensors going bad fast. I had to replace 2 sensors. Though the sensor manufacturer claims it's rust free, the salt deposit around the sensor make it non conductive.

I bought this product last year, the installation process is extensive and requires some past experience and knowledge of working with electricity, power tools etc. The indicator shows top-up and low water level doesn't show mid water level which is frustrating sometimes. Auto-cut is working fine but Auto-ON function is not working. If you want to check top and low water level and manually control the water pump then there are more options by the same company check them out.

This one is really good value for money. I had done all the wiring and stuffs, those are simple technically, but I had to wire about 35+15meters (I used cheap ethernet cables which comes insulated and have plenty of wires inside). It's working fine as explained and expected. Hope this will last long.Tip: for the over head tank(which is 1.25kL), I kept the low sensor at the middle sothat I could ensure that a minimum of half tank water will be there always at top. Similarly, the high sesnor for lower tank is kept bit lower.

All the time, we are fighting to start the motor and to stop the motor, But this product makes our life easy by Auto start and stop, Lots of saving in electricity bills as well as smile faces in the family.

Purchased for our Apartment's Submersible Pump. The item showing is not suitable for our pump installed there. After it was arranged to set by technician it was understood. The time limit is over for return. We saught technical help from mivan technologies. They suggested to purchase control panel box & we ordered accordingly. The box arrived in knocked down condition. Now we are not sure how to use the item.My advise to the pirchasers to get thorough knowledge of the pump installed & control panel provided by the pump manuxacturer & then select the product. Otherwise it may become bad investment.
