Love Beauty And Planet Muru Muru Butter and Rose Vegan Moisturising Body Lotion for Dry Skin, 400ml

This is fabulous body lotion!I bought this for myself after skimming reviews for various similar ones, and I am glad that I did.This smells wonderful, quite strong when it is applied (a rose scent with an extra something, not at all old ladyish) and settles to a very nice gentle smell.It feels lovely (you know how some lotions and potions feel a bit oily or waxy? This doesn't) and is absorbed very well.I don't know if it is going to be some miracle moisturiser and it certainly isn't marketed as such, but so far my elbows in particular are loving it. Plus it has all the vegan credentials and (I know, it's very superficial but it matters) the bottle looks good too.This would make a lovely little gift, and at £3.50 at time of writing it is very affordable.I like it so much that I am going to order the shampoo and conditioner from this range.

My first purchase from LOVE BEAUTY AND PLANET WAS the shower gel (sandalwood and shea butter). I was really happy with the scent and how my skin feels after a shower so I decided to give it a try with body lotion.I loved it at first use, but every time was just too much. I was overwhelmed by scent! Also, I was applying it on dry skin so automatically was using lots of lotion, smell stayed with me for long and my skin was feeling clogged and greasy. I gave it a try for wet skin, straight from the shower. The amount which I used was like 50% less, applied, and absorbed well and quickly, and as I didn't apply a huge amount of lotion, finally that was just a beautiful scent. My skin feels moisturized for long after using it and feels much more smooth -not greasy.

This body lotion is an effective moisturiser and has a pleasant scent but the fragrance is a little too delicate - I had difficulty detecting the lavender and balsamic notes. The packaging makes much of the fact it contains no parabens, silicones or colourants and it is advertised as containing natural and ethically sourced ingredients so I was disappointed to notice palm oil amongst the list of ingredients - as we are all becoming aware, the production of palm oil is hugely damaging to the environment and it is not obvious if the palm oil in this lotion is from a sustainable source.

For the price I was not expecting much, but when this body lotion arrived I was shockingly surprised with size of bottle, packaging and product!! The bottle is labeled very pretty so looks nice sitting out next to my sink. The lotion itself feels rich and moisturizes the skin really well. The fragrance is lovely and not overpowering at all... let’s just say it works well with my body chemistry and smells really good! I purchased the Muru muru butter rose and lavender scented lotions. I would recommended this to anyone looking for a really nice body lotion at a very good price!!

Arrived promptly to my door. This is absolutely beautiful to use body lotion. It smells Devine & even better as it’s vegan. I got it at a reasonable price, so I ordered myself and my daughter one each and we are very happy with it. You have to really massage it into your skin, but it leaves your skin lovely & soft and smelling Wonderful. I don’t think I would pay full price for this as it’s a little bit pricey. So I would buy again if I could get it for the price I did for just over £5. I love the design on the bottle, it’s very pretty and would make nice Xmas or Birthday presents.

I wasn't sure when I ordered this body lotion, if it would be that good. The price was low for a natural product and it's made by Unilever, that I know for their cleaning products. Anyway I thought I'd give try it and to my surprise it's lovely. The scent is quite strong in a nice way and smell lasts for ages on the skin. Its quite thick for a lotion and goes a long way, most importantly it leaves the skin feeling really soft, smooth and moisturised.

It's ok for a moisturizer but as for the smell it's nice enough but want something that would smell on your skin longer which I found this didn't so it was ok but won't be buying again sorry

This cream scent is devine. You get a wonderful aroma of natural roses, just like they have been freshly picked out of a English country garden. The pump dispenser gives you the perfect amount of cream which then melts into your skin leaving it supple and smooth. Try using this after a shower or bath, itonly amplifies the wonderful rose scent that envelops the whole room. You'll find your skin is brighter, smoother a smells hhmmmm gorgeous!! ❤️
