SB-3000 R|Evolution Sealed Subwoofer - Black Ash

First congrats to IQ HOME ENTERTAINMENT for a job well done, the sub arrived ahead of time and in perfect condition, I will order again as they proved to be very reliable. The sub itself is just as I expected, it was easy to integrate into my system just as the SB-1000 before it was. I love the phone based app which makes integration very easy. Oh and the auto eq is amazing, it took less than 10 minutes and brought the curve to basically flat in my dedicated home theater. I highly recommend this sub and IQ home extertainment as a source for great audio equipment.

Wow. Upgraded to this sub and it made a huge difference to my music listening experience! Bass is powerful and smooth. I am following the below AI/web advice to upgrade my system (will do the final DSP adjustments later): The improvement from properly integrating a subwoofer and relieving the LS50 Meta of bass duties can be dramatic... The standard SVS SB-3000 features a 13-inch driver that effortlessly fills a 400 sq ft room with tight, musical bass. Given the quality of your source (Eversolo) and speakers, I think the SB-3000 is closer to an "end-game" choice for this system... Add a miniDSP between the Eversolo and the NAD amp. This would let you: * High-pass the LS50 Meta * Low-pass the subwoofer * Time-align everything * Apply room correction

I'm very pleased! Paired with a set of KEF R3 Metas. I'm a classical musician looking for absolute accuracy in sound and clarity in recreating a concert hall like setting without spending a ton of money. Subwoofer connects via bluetooth to the SVS app on your phone so you can adjust low pass, slope and db settings. Very helpful in allowing you to distinguish between bass drum & tympani, bass trombone & tuba, even bassoon and viola. For me, it's worth the extra expense.

I paired this sub with Wharfedale Lintons - phenomenal sound. The app has great customization, and the sub produces deep rich sounds that improves both music and movies. I use my system for 90% music and I haven't stopped listening since I upgraded. I'd highly recommend this subwoofer, particularly if you have higher end front or center speakers that need a sub that can keep up!

I replaced two Klipsch R12SW subs with one of these, and man what an upgrade! I was worried I wouldn't like the sealed sub, but it hits way harder than the two Klipsch subs. It sounds way tighter and hits way harder. The app control is great. No more bending over messing with the controls on the back. I'm no expert on audio, so it took me a little bit to get it dialed in both on the sub and the receiver. It sounds amazing.

Absolutely incredible subwoofer. I had been meaning to upgrade from my previous subwoofer set up for a few years now. I had two $400 klipshe subs. And honestly, I think even if I had six of those subs it wouldn’t compare to one of the SVS the base is just so accurate and hits so hard it’s absolutely unbelievable. I use the app on my Denon receiver to calibrate the sound as best as possible and I have started re-watching my entire collection just to see how much better they all sound now. I think I will buy a second one of the svs aswell. If you are in doubt about spending this much money on a sub, I would recommend you just take the plunge and buy one as it makes such a huge difference.

This has made my open backed dipoles speakers musical.
