I love this! The house is made from hard, durable plastic. Easy to clean and sanitize (if needed). There are some holes on the backside of the house in the shape of a kitty face, which allows air flow into the house. Pillows are soft and comfortable, and washes well. If you get the house, I recommend also getting the Penthaus bed to go on top. It's a breeze to change configurations/layouts of Kitty Kasa products. I currently have the red cat house on top of the matching gym. Both my cats love and use all Kitty Kasa items!

We bought this one, then searched for two others on different sites. So now, we have a "bedroom" and a "exercise kasa" in the family room, and I moved this one into my office where Kitty likes to stay when I'm working. At first she was curious, but she's getting used to them. As far as the warmth rating.. they need to be kept in a warm area, because they are cozy, but not warm by themselves. The pillow cover is a smooth material, so it tends to be cooler than one that is more plush. Don't forget: Be sure to wash the pillow cover!. These are mfg in China, and has a funky smell out of the box. I use the same cold water soap I use for athletic wear and do it by hand.

This item is cute, durable and the kittens i foster love playing in it. The only thing is the toys that come with it were chewed off by the strings in one day.. and the ball & mouse unraveled by the next day with So now they just sleep in it., until i can get more durable string and toys to re-hang.

It’s nice .. I like it ... too bad my cats don’t! I use it in the catio outside because it stays dry and is easily cleaned .. cats prefer to be on top of it instead of in side of it. It’s nice quality but a little overpriced.

The media could not be loaded.  Kittys seem to be more curious about this than anything and I had to sprinkle some cat nip inside to get them in and use the scratching post. It is a little small for my larger cat. Assembly was easy just follow the instructions, I tried to do it without looking at them because it looks easy. I may get some of the other units in the future

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this cat house. It’s really nice looking and comes with a good pillow. The problem is it’s a bit too small for my cats that are between 14 and 20 pounds. None of my cats have gone in it. I’m disappointed because it looks really nice in the red color I bought. So if you have cats on the smaller side it would be great.

I know this is supposed to be the same, 1st generation they've always had. This is my 4th purchase of 1. This 1 arrived with 2 cracked pieces. The Top is also warped which makes it impossible to put together. But because returning things is a pain and I needed it right now for some kittens I kept it. It is nearly impossible to put together. The old ones were not like this period it is also a different shade of pink than my others which is annoying. I Hope all the newer versions are improved because somehow this one is worse than ever

This cat house was extremely difficult to assemble. I hurt my hands trying to get the pieces to snap in place. This was not at all easy life the video shows or how they described it on shark tank. Disappointing for the price I paid.
