Small lol
Well, I can’t blame the product for this but it is kind of small but that’s my fault for not reading everything before I bought it but one thing that’s wrong with this is it has a really bad scent to it. I’m ready a review where someone says to scent last about two weeks and then it goes away or I guess you’ll get used to it but it has a scent and that’s a negative.

Personally, love it
It’s a little big but I honestly like it a lot. It’s exactly what I was hoping it was and outperforms my expectations.Two negatives: for the first week or so it smelled really bad. Like chemicals or something. Secondly, it only faces one way and cannot be worn with the other shoulder up. I would prefer it to face the other way because of the zipper placement and being right handed. Otherwise awesome and stylish

Cheapie cheap materials
So let me start off by saying No this bag doesn’t come with a power bank. Instead they give u a USB adapter cord that hooks into power bank, the cord can be removed for any reason. It looks like decent materials used but it’s all fake leather. I only perched this bag to take my Puffco Peek on the go and have a convenient way or charging on the go. If ur looking for better materials and something to keep up with ur daily life abuse on a bag please don’t pick this. This is more for convenience and not a daily user. Gave it 4 stars based off what I’m using it for.

Nice bag
The only thing I didn't like is the hard, plastic lining on the inside. Everything else including the size was great.

Think larger rather than smaller when making day pack decisions.
Great design concept. Well-made and has lots of zippered "extra" pockets. Quality zippers and fasteners. Sling fits across torso beautifully and is the most comfortable bag I've ever had. Comparing this model with others of roughly the same dimensions (lesser quality paired with price), I ascertained I could use it for my Nikon D3300. My goal was to have a day pack that would serve as a daily motivator for taking my camera with me. Every trip away from home offers one or more inevitable "ah-ha, wow" moments that beg to be photographed...and... NO....cell phones are NOT cameras in my humble opinion. Bottom line: I can fit my camera with my fav 55-200 lens attached into the main compartment; however, it takes a bit of maneuvering. Hopefully over time, the material will stretch some. So... 4 instead of 5 stars for dimensions which should be an additional four inches across and four inches top-to-bottom.

Best customer service.
I should strap is so short. I was fine with it, I'm not a small guy. Company contacted me and offered a replacement. They sent a new bag and it's perfect. I love it. Best customer service ever. Went way above and beyond. Will be buying from again.
