I actually ended up returning this item. I had ordered two for my kids in the back of the car. One of the silver pins fell out on the piece that holds the phone in before we even tried to use the item. We put the pin back in, but then the operation of it was not nearly as smooth as the video makes it look. My kids easily lost interest in using it so I returned the two I bought.

We love this thing! We spend a lot of time on the road because we live away from our family and we travel back home quiet often so being able to entertain our now 5 month old is a little tricky for long car rides. He likes to watch TV and it keeps him distracted long enough for him to catch a nap. I was using an old bungee cord wrapped around the headrest but this holder is a lifesaver! We have a galaxy tab 7 and it fits great! You can adjust it in multiple ways not just one which is great because then you can angle it perfectly. I think anyone with kiddos that like watching movies on the road and do not have built in DVD's in the car NEED this!

Bought the item in September and received in Oct. 1st. We used it to hold Iphone without any problem but as soon as we tried on the Ipad, it snapped. It seemed can't hold up the Ipad's weight. The width wasn't wide enough either. We had to somewhat forcing it in a bit. The spring was popped out right away and couldn't hold up the Ipad tightly. It hurts my son's eyes when he watch it while the car moving and too bad the return window is closed on Nov. 1st. If you use it for Iphone is good idea but not with Ipad (You will be regretted...)Updated as Jan/16: The seller stands behind her products. They offer full refund. The product is still being used even after the incident which means it somewhat durable. You just have to be extra cautious when insert/remove tablets (IPADs). If you buying this for your phone( Iphones) is the best. Hope you all enjoy the product as much as I did so far.

I have the 12" iPad and this wasn't strong enough to hold it up in certain positions so I used hair ties to compensate

I chose this tablet/phone holder for the simple fact that I wanted my kiddos to be able to pull the tablet/phone closer to them and change the movie/activity that they were watching. Super easy to attach to headrest, didn't even need instructions. We did have to tighten the one joint to keep it upright, but they give you a nice little tool to get the job done! Again, super easy! Looking to buy another one soon!

It did not fit into our car’s headrest, it was too big. We improvised and used zip ties to make it work in the moment so for the trip it did it’s job which just makes me more sad that I didn’t fit.

I was really tired to use my tablet with my hands holding it when in a car trip. Then i found this item on Amazon, this tablet/iPad headrest tablet holder rescue me out. Pretty stable and sturdy to hold iPad. And with adjustable arm to stretch made me could play games freely. That's really cool for me. It should be nicer for the family who with children.

Got this product for the kids to place their devices while on long trips. So far so good on keeping their phone and tablet in place. They are using it on short trips to school and to the store. They have their hands free to do other things and not complain that their hands are getting tired from holding onto their phones.
