We were overrun with mice as the weather cooled and traps were not working. Those crafty mice just ignored them. Once we got these devices (pack of 4) and plugged them in, our mice disappeared in no time. Didn't even take the expected time of 4 or 5 days for them to be gone. Haven't seen a mouse since. Very happy with the result!

Does not chase mice away BUT ..... after much research here's what I learned and after a few days it seems to be accurate. The high frequency sound is very annoying to rodents, it makes them scramble to get away from it and find new places to bed down or hang out. You still NEED traps. This item makes the mice more active which gives you more opportunities to trap them. After a lull of empty traps, in 3 days we caught 4 mice. We plan on rotating the location for the equipment and traps.DO NOT PUT IN ROOMS with pet hamster/mice/bird and such.

"If you have mice or rats or insects choosing to "live" at your house, then you will love these units. We had both mice and rats show up "out of nowhere" in our garage --- I put two of these units in the garage and they were gone within about 10 days. I had tried using traps, but they were too smart for the traps. These really do work for rodents."

My apartment is overrun with crickets at night. I’ve been losing sleep and my mind. I didn’t want to set off a bug bomb because I have a dog and glue traps don’t solve the problem. I ordered this and received this today plugged all 4 in about an hour ago. I don’t hear any damn crickets!!! Best purchase ever!!!

I like the idea of this product--to deter instead of kill. I was nervous about the two weeks of increased activity though. I prepared my home but putting all food in either sealable rubbermaid bins or in the refrigerator. Dishes go in the dishwasher. There is no food for them. Additionally I used all four of the devices even though per the square footage of my home, I needed just one. AND I used an herbal deterrent as well. It has been 2.5 weeks and while I have noticed less mouse poop, I am still noticing mouse poop and just saw one dart across my living room.Additionally, in the past 2 days I have found a Cockroach in my bathroom every afternoon (not the same one, both were decapitated by a shoe). I basically just wasted 2 weeks of thinking this product would work meanwhile the damn mice were making babies and nests and getting real cozy.

I didn’t think these were very effective, and had written a review stating their ineffectiveness. However, my dad says they have worked very well. We had a problem with small black bugs in the kitchen. He put those sticky thing under the microwave & was catching a lot of those bugs. He says since I plugged this device into an outlet in the vicinity of the kitchen counters, he no longer finds any bugs on the sticky things, and has not seen any bugs. Also it has reduced the amount flies. We have a chicken coop on the property & although it is a good distance from the house it attracts flies & they would come in the house, flying around the kitchen & making me want to scream & go on a murderous fly killing spree. We still get flies but I have to admit not nearly in abundance as prior to installing this device. If you are thinking of trying these out, they do help, but do not eliminate all bugs. But still, I think they are worth the money

One unit quit working after three days but the other three seem to be keeping the mice away.

Well for the most part they do work. We live in the country and always have mice getting in during the winter. I still see mice in the kitchen, even though I have one pest repeller in there. No mice in the other rooms where I have the repellers so I might need to add another for the kitchen.
