Mattress Genie (King-Size) - 240v UK Model

Firstly this is truly the alternative to an expensive electric bed. This product has enabled my Independence and aided much longed for sleep.I was a little dubious about it's claims but this simple to use product has not left me disappointed. Within seconds I can be elevated to the perfect position. It is not noisy nor does it bulge out the sides of the bed. It is very discreet and extremely comfortable.I read a review which claimed it was Rubbish, but I totally disagree. They must not have connected the hose properly. This is a five star product. Customer service allayed all my fears by confirming that my mattress (which is over 12" deep), would easily be elevated and they were spot on.I would recommend this seller as they allow returns and others selling slightly cheaper do not. I have bought several products from this company since becoming unwell and they have delivered each product with a five star service.I would highly recommend both product and seller.

This product works well at inflating a bladder to raise the head of the bed to the required height. Sadly, because the bladder isn't partitioned - it is just one long balloon effectively, the slightest movement at one end, bounces the partner at the other end quite considerably.I have no doubt it would be great on a SINGLE bed, but more 2 people it is a no no - especially if one is small and the other big.I have TWO other issues:1. There is nothing in the description that would indicate there would be extensive movement between sides of the bed.2. There is no understanding by the seller that this indeed may be an issue and provide a paid returns label in such cases - currently, through no fault of the purchaser we are expected to pay for the return of the product.I believe this is a design flaw - there are many inflatable beds where sections are partitioned where the air DOES bleed in slowly and would avoid the instant bounce effect of the KIng Size model.This is going back.

I am a solo guy with Gerd and Neck and Back problems and this device works very well for my needsPros:- 1) Easy to install 2) All the leads are a nice length 3) Silent deflateCons:- (I am electronic pro and i dont recommend anyone else doing what i did below - also invalidates warrentee etc) Two annoying extra noises on Inflate due to design issues 1) The circuit board inside is not screwed or fixed down to the case so it rattles against the plastic in resonance to the pump (fixed with some anti vibration rubber blocks to hold it in place) 2) The auto shutoff valve inside the pump vibrates in resonance to the pump (Not fixable) but not to bad (this also rattles when you move the unit so dont be alarmed at this noiseSo its nice and quiet now and i love it and i will buy another for another bed i have in the near futureBTW purchase via Betterlife at LloydsPharmacy and they are Excellent company I cant recommend them enough :¬)

I have tested mattress raiser out for a few months now and have found it to be just what I needed. The controls are easy and comfortable to use in the dark and you can raise and lower the mattress to exactly where it feels most beneficial and comortable.

Extremely happy with mattress genie. It has been a lifesaver for me with my acid reflux. It is so easy to use, and elevates the bed to so many different angles. Couldn't do without it. Great quality too. Would recommend highly.

Arrived. Straight forward to set up. Works well and very quickly. Brilliant.

Amazing, easy to set up. It has changed my life completely. The back ache is gone. No more gastric reflux. Cheaper and better option to buying an electric bed.

makes sitting and sleeping easy especially if u have trouble with breathing and back problems and getting out of bed puts u up so its easier to get out
