The Mount is good and was easily assembled Works good with my 65 inch tv. Only problem was tracking the order. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday. Tracking said it was out for delivery. It never came until 1:30Tuesday. I had installers scheduled for 1:30 Tuesday. Still didn’t have a good update for delivery except still saying out for delivery. Installers and delivery came at the same time. Was stressful

Strong product - but packaging is poor. The product was scratched, came with a broken water leveler, curled/messy print-manual and missing strips.

I bought this for a 65 inch outdoor TV that weighs well under the 176 lb capacity this mount advertises. Once the TV is mounted and the arm is extended, the arm sags and flexes and does not hold level. For a mount rated at 176 lbs, I expected a TV at a fraction of that weight to sit solid and secure. That is not what happened. I am attaching photos so you can see the setup and judge for yourself. If you have a large, heavy TV and you actually plan to extend the arm, the real world performance does not match the number on the listing.
