They come nicely ground and stay sharp for a long time. I use it to rough out spindles and to hollow out pen holders (cylindrical cup) and it does a great job.The edge does chip a bit after some use. But I guess this is a common problem for hard material - the harder it gets, the more brittle it is. I am satisfied with the product.

It wasn't what I thought it was. I thought it would fit a mini lathe tool but they where to big
