I enjoyed the training to the fullest until the Velcro belt ...
The design is incredible, I enjoyed the training to the fullest until the Velcro belt got stretched out and its uncomfortable now. I use it for explosive movements in my Karate footwork. It's an awesome product. Needs some modification in the belt.

World Class training equipment to develop explosive power required for sports like tennis. It includes a CD and a drill sheet too. Also got it for the equivalent dollar price in USA.
