Works Nicely.
The media could not be loaded. *This is an Android & Windows user review*Pros:Speed/Rate: Both read/write speed were tested for an SD card and a flash drive. Results of this type-c adapter were as fast as the tested storage units could be. No bottlenecks. I attached pics to the review.Display: Excellent HDMI adapter for my S8+ phone. I hooked it up to my monitor, the display was flawless, awesome details and no lag. Pics also attached to the review.Material: The Hub is well-constructed and looks cool too. I also like the matte surface finish and the rubber feet on bottom so it doesn’t scratch or get scratched.Plug & Play: Literally, no drivers needed. For both storage and display. Very convenient and user-friendly, no manual needed.External Storage: Many storage inputs. I use them to transfer files from to my S8+, S10+ and my computer. No compatibility issues.Ether: I was able to test the Ethernet slot in my S10+. Surprisingly, it worked ! I’m sure this would come in handy someday.Size: I would consider this adapter to be compact in size since it fits pockets. I’ve seen huge bulky ones that were inconvenient to carry around.Dash Cam Support: The adapter came in handy when I taped a car accident through my car dash cam. I was able to transfer the footage from to my phone instantly through the SD card/adapter without the need to insert the SD card in the phone.Compatibility: Worked fine on my S8+, S10+, Lenovo laptop and my custom-built desktop computer.Cons: for now, but I do wish it was even smaller and lighter in weight.

Updated - does not work.....
Updating this after a few months.Original review:I am using this on a Dell PC/tablet. It is great in that it supports charging through the USB-C port, so I can put this in the charge port and still have the second USB-C port on the computer available. But the bad part is that both the standard SD port and the micro SD port fail to recognize any card that in inserted. Unfortunately I passed the return window before I discovered that failure. If you do not need the memory card capability, this is a great little device. After hours of playing with this, I discovered if I plug the adapter into the computer, then put a memory card into it, and then plug in the USB-C charger to the device, it will recognize the memory card. It does not however seem to be 100% reliable, and I would be concerned about doing this each time I need to access a CD card.UPDATE:Now it is very temperamental in operating the USB3 ports as well. It is time to let the trash man have it.

Must be connected to power for full functionality
I was confused why my USB-A device and HDMI connection worked but the ethernet was not connecting. After plugging the hub into power and rebooting, the ethernet connection worked. Not a big deal, if I'm in a situation to plug into a wired net connection I'm also probably in a situation where I can plug into a power outlet.Nice, small package with a ton of connectivity options for the size and price. Might not be my first choice for a long term/permanent setup but I bought this to facilitate travel with my Chromebook.

Sleek and working greak
Works perfectly as described. After using it for one week, it has become indispensable for my everyday work and entertainment. Its compact size makes it easy to carry and store. As you can see from the picture, it is in similar size as my mini Logitech mouse – even thinner. I also love its sleek design and color, and it look professional and artistic on my desk. Besides, I find its following functions particularly useful and important: The Ethernet port just provides what I really need on my ultra-portable laptop, which only has Wifi. In many circumstances you’ll find cable internet is more reliable and faster than Wifi, especially in Hotels. The HDMI makes it possible to build multi-screen display. This is particularly important to me because I need the 2nd screen to show a lot of sheets, documents and webpages. I don’t use the SD card reader much because my laptop already has one. But if your laptop/macbook doesn’t has one, it may be quite helpful for you when you want to read photos from camera. The type-C charging port means I don’t have to sacrifice the type-C connector when using this adaptor, so that I can still charging my cellphone or transferring data when connecting the HDMI and ethernet. So, I just find it the best productivity accessary for my laptop and cellphone. Five Star!

Product works well but doesn't fit my lifestyle.
The UCOUSO 7 in 1 USB-C Multiport Adapter is a powerhouse, that said it will drain your battery faster than it being disconnected. It has never let me down but it is an inconvenience travel with.Based upon opinion, this is best suited towards those who will use all the features of the device in a stationary environment. Whether you use a laptop or desktop,

All the ports the new Mac is missing & the only adapter you'll need
I really love this adapter, and it solves a problem I've had with my newer MacBook:I have had one of the new USB-C-only MacBooks for about 2 years, and have had to deal with a myriad of adapters and dongles which make the computer look like an octopus and requires a ton of extra set up time (and cost) wherever I take it, which made it very non-portable.Well, this adapter **completely** solves the problem. I bought two - one to basically function as a docking station in my office, and the second as the only portable adapter I need to use the MacBook anywhere. It has HDMI which connects to virtually every screen these days, ethernet which I need at my work, spare USB-ports for connecting my peripherals and usb-disks, and (importantly) you can plug your power adapter into it's USB-C port. This means, if you keep the power plugged into the adapter, you only have to plug in **one** cable into the MacBook. Two more important points: 1). no installation, it's plug-and-play, and 2). very inexpensive - replaces *hundreds* of dollars worth of Apple adapters!!!It has worked reliably and without problems for a few months now - I have nothing but good things to say about this perfect adapter!
