If you are going to do this repair yourself, Do Watch Youtube videos to see the whole repair process. You will need a second set of hands and maybe some duct tape to keep window secure in the close position, once you removed it from the regulator. I've done many of these types of repairs myself because I didn't want to spend the money on a repair shop. It really is easy to do if you have patience and you are in an area like a garage or driveway that is flat so the door doesn't move on you. Motor works great, not too noisy compared to my failing grinding old one. Buying from Amazon is WAY MORE AFFORDABLE that going through major car part stores, and don't even look at Dealer pricing... OUCH! Once you replace it, you may want to consider replacing the drivers door window controller at the same time. You have to remove it anyways to get to the window regulator. All those years of dust, grime and occasional rain when you forgot to roll up the windows has taken it's toll.
