Take care of them and they will take care of you
They were light and pretty comfortable for how cheap they are they ride good just losses up the trucks and wheels and take off the toe stop don't beat on them because they can only take so much since they are cheaply made but will be great to learn how to jam skate and dance skate

Great skate for the money 💰
I look at these reviews and most of the people are not professional skaters. These are very good skates I must say. I have a $400 pair of OG Riedell skates. I got the Chicago skates to try something different. I skated about 3 hours straight. They were absolutely great! All I would recommend is to change wheels and bearings. Always remember, it's not the skates, it's the skater. They are light and fast with the right wheels and bearings. One skate session and I'm loving them. I'm a professional skater. Great for beginners and advanced skaters. This is a 100% honest review.

Turning Heads On Cheap Skates
I did an unboxing video but I was so unhappy with these skates that I am not posting the video, because I have fallen in love with them after all those harsh words. I bought these skates, used, for half price. After ordering, I learned a lot about roller skate wheels and skates. I thought I would be unhappy, especially with the wheels, but I am very happy. I thought I was buying cheap temporary skates but these work great. I haven’t even changed the wheels or bearings. I was having trouble skating on one foot when I had rentals. The first time to the rink with these I was skating on one foot, even around corners, even on my weak foot. I’ve learned to side surf and skate backwards on these. I thought that people would look down on these skates but I was skating with a guy who works at the rink who said they are better than the rentals they had. Then, I watched a lady realize I was skating on Chicago’s when she was trying to get a close look at my wheels. She had seen me doing little spins and little jumps and I’m sure she wanted to compare my skates to her nice Sure-Grip skates. I really want different wheels but the slide and grip on these is exactly what I had wanted in my mind. I can skate on these for a long time while I save money and keep researching the perfect wheels and bearings for me. Then, I can skate on that setup for a long time while I save money and decide what expensive skate setup to buy or build.

Excellent for the price.
I bought these not knowing what I would get: my kids are growing very fast and I didn't want to put too much money in a pair of roller skates that would be to small in not time so I did a gambit by procuring these quite inexpensive roller skates (I didn't say cheap) one full size too big for them (I bought too pairs).Bottom line: They are great for the price. The wheels are narrower and harder and the bearings are not weather proof as on my own pair; the boots are plain but have the right heel height and can be tightened up properly around a smaller foot wearing two pairs of socks (or three).I had to adjust the tightness of the cushions so that my daughter could properly make them turn but that was to be expected and at least the adjustment was available - well, what can I say? These are proper roller skates and now that they are properly equipped, my kids and I go practice every day.

Poor quality
These skates are poor quality. Have had problems with wheels and breaks falling off since we got them. They are one year old and we will never purchase this brand again.

Fantastic!
As a female with large feet, I could not find any women's skates in my size. I decided to order men's roller skates, hoping that they would be cute while fitting me right. They came in great condition, looked really nice, a pretty great price, and are very sturdy!

OK budget or entry level skate
I bought a pair when they were on special for about $30 on sale. I wear a women's size 9, and ordered a men's size 8, and they fit well enough with a pair of thick socks. The skates looked nice and the leather lining is a nice touch, however the wheels and bearings were completely substandard. I replaced with SureGrip Fame wheels and Bones China Reds bearings, bringing my investment up to $90 and they rolled pretty good, as I was getting back into skating after a long hiatus.I used them pretty regularly for about a year, but the vinyl boot started to develop cracks, and finally several eyelets tore out. I had to lace by wrapping the lace around the boots!Recently I asked at my local rink about replacing my skates, and the manager told me that the Chicago trucks/plates are very good and recommended upgrading the boots to Riedell 120's, and having the Chicago trucks installed, which I did. I am very happy skating with this set-up.So, in conclusion, for a skater on a budget, if you can get a good price on these, the Chicago 805's are an OK skate to get you going, and are worth it if only for the nice trucks that come with them.
