The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. It also comes with a durable pouch for transporting. The mouse itself is aesthetically pleasing and feels durable as well. Its easy and comfortable to hold which is what's most important in my view to stop the wrist ache. The fore and middle finger buttons and dial are well placed and easy to operate. However the forward and back button situated just above the thumb are not so easy to operate. I find it awkward to reach the forward button easily thus rendering both buttons useless. Its a bonus to have them on a mouse so I won't miss having them. Regardless, I still really like this mouse.A week after writing this review the scroll button stopped working which is a bit of a nuisance. I'm hoping I can sort out this issue because as I say I really like this mouse but will have to find a replacement if not as I use scroll too much to live without it.

Purchased this to use at work to avoid RSI. Has done the trick but the batteries only last around a week as I use it all day. Apparentley this is quit usual and if I had known this would not have bought a wireless one.

Looks nice and stylish but difficult to hold, I think I need time to use to it.

The mouse came really quickly, and I was surprised by it's quality - it feels great, the material that is, and the LED strip looks sleek and adds a really nice touch. Looks elegant and definitely not an eye sore.When I got it, i tested it for a bit and at first it feels alien, because I'm used to normal mice, but I got the hang of it in the first 5 minutes. It feels really comfortable to hold, and above all, I'M REALLY SURPRISED BY THE TRACKING.I've owned a few other wireless mice before and I think this tracks the best.Looks nice, feels nice, tracks nice. Hope it lasts, but so far, I'M REALLY surprised by it and happy with this purchase.

I love these vertical mice. I was having trouble with my wrist & thumb (too much spreadsheet clicking). With this mouse, my wrist twists in a much better way and I don't get that ache anymore. It takes 2 x AAA batteries and has a power off switch. It does go into a standby mode after a few minutes of no use, just click and it wakes up again. This one is a good size, not too big and not too small. My 1 year old likes to get hold of it and so far it has withstood a few knocks and throws. Very pleased.

Have mine over a year, comfortable, responsive and does exactly what's required of it. Very good for the price!

Took a bit of getting used to, but now is comfortable and helps ease my hand and wrist pain.

Really comfortable to use and initially worked well but cursor started to stick and or jump have now got my money back
