This is my second purchase of the McCormick Organic Pure Ground Black Pepper, and I honestly can’t imagine cooking without it. I use it daily and store it in a glass jar, which helps keep it fresh and flavorful. I just refill my small spice jar from it as needed.Based on my first purchase, this 12 oz jar lasted me about a year and 4 months, which is impressive considering how often I use it! The flavor is bold and fresh, the pepper is not dusty or flat like some other bulk peppers I've tried.I love that it’s USDA organic, and coming from McCormick, I trust the quality.Highly recommend for both everyday meals and special recipes!

Great value for your money

pretty strong black pepper flavor.

This is perhaps more for table use and general cooking.I use a lot of very fine ground black pepper in cooking. It's good for adding pepper flavor without overwhelming and without undissolved bits of pepper.But sometimes we want sparks of pepper in the mix. Potroast and salad dressing are examples.This is okay. The flavor is okay. I'll use it in pepper shakers and keep looking for a grind between very coarse and this (table?) grindThe size is nice and it tastes fresh. It's good value for organic pepper; it's good quality. It's just not exactly what I wanted but I can't find fault for that
