Pet Dreams Complete 3 Piece Crate Bedding Set! The Original Crate Cover, Crate Pad and Crate Bumper for Double Door Dog Crate

I hadn't even finished tying in the navy bumpers before our tired 2 month old goldendoodle, Roxy, crawled in on her own to lay down. This was after days of trying and failing to get her to go into the metal crate on her own. It does a good job of making the harsh metal crates cozy like a soft crate.We plan to use soft crates, and Roxy loves to relax and sleep in them when they are open, but the moment i close them, she happily goes to town on the mesh doors. I think she's just curious, and her paws bite so well on the mesh she finds it fun and just keeps going. So i bought her a metal crate, just to use for crate training. However, no matter how i lured her inside, she just wouldn't stay, and she wouldn't go in on her own and make it her home.Then I installed this bumper set and boom, suddenly she crawled in and flopped down all on her own. She was actually in the way of me installing the bumper, and didn't even mind me messing around getting it tied into place around her. I tossed the cover over, and she was out like a light in her new cozy home.However, given the price of the metal crate + this bumper set, it makes a plastic crate seem more attractive. I went metal for a harder crate because it stores flat and is cheaper, since we plan to only use it temporarily until I get her into soft crates. However, I suspect a plastic crate would be more naturally cozy and she might have taken to it without a $100 set like this.

I bought two sets, one for the office and one for the bedroom crates; I have a third kennel downstairs that I did not purchase a set for and am going to do so immediately. These are quality sewn items; no fraying, involved. They attach easily and I can still put the divider in the kennel with the bumpers and pad set up. The cover makes a huge difference and my puppy sleeps more easily with the kennels that have the covers. She tries to rip up the kennel without the bedding set. The burgundy color is lovely and not garish, the pink is more of a dusty rose. Well worth the cost for the quality and the full set. I haven't washed the crate pad yet, but I like that it's reversible and cuts down on the need. My puppy really feels secure in her crate with this set.UPDATE: I machine washed and dried the pad this weekend and it came out perfectly.

After my puppy got her paw stuck twice in the kennel bars and woke me up screaming, I knew I needed to find a way to make her kennel safer. This is a great solution. Not only does it keep her from accidently getting caught in the bars, it looks great and is high quality and well made.My huge kennel looks so much nicer in my room now and the crate pad is pretty nice. I love the option for side or front entry too as my kennel has both.It was pricy but after hearing you puppy scream bloody murder twice because she is stick and freaking out, it is worth every penny.

This is a great crate cover! The fabric is really nice, doesn’t feel cheap like some of the plastic feeling ones. Our new puppy loves sleeping in her crate and I think that’s because of the cover making her feel secure.

I love the look, but the quality is extremely disappointing. While it says it is washable, I did not withstand the first wash. The bed came out with the edges shredded in four places and the bumper came out with the filling bunched on one spot. The filling is inaccessible so it can’t be fixed. Very disappointed in the quality. I’ve had other crate bedding and it has lasted years. This was supposed to be a back up set, but I have been very surprised by the poor quality.

I actually have two of theses , the bigger one is a 36 inch I bought eight years ago the smaller one is a 30 inch I just purchased, very please with this company my dogs love them as you see the larger one I bought eight years ago still looks new and has held up nicely.

This is a lovely bedding set for a dog crate. That said, I gave it three stars because the bumper pads lack sufficient ties to keep them in place. So disappointing. The bottom pad fits nicely, and the crate cover, once you figure out how it goes, is also nice. Would be better if the cover accommodated the side door, which is the one we use. But those pads...if only they had enough ties to actually keep them in place. Our puppy leans on the sides of his crate, as expected, but the pad comes down from the sides and the foam insert becomes twisted inside the cover. If I had known this was the case, I would have returned them before we used them. Very pricey, a great idea but the design was not thought out enough. I'm now shopping for some kind of bolster for the sides that is weighty enough and doesn't need to be tied to the crate. Not worth the price.Update: This dropped to one star after washing the bumper pad, as instructed. The foam inside bunched up do badly I had to cut open both ends to get it straightened out. I ended up just rolling it up and creating a bolster, of sorts, for my dog to rest against. What a waste of money. Nice looking but for the PRICE, I wanted FUNCTION. There are lots of crate pads and covers out there for much less. Lacking in the 'dog accessory' world--practical, functional bolsters that work in a large crate. I do not recommend this item.

My rescue dog is a bit fearful of open spaces, so we wanted to turn his crate into a real safe haven for him. The cover and padded walls from this set make it super cozy in there, and also nice and dark. He absolutely loves it! He liked his crate before, but now he really loves it!!
