Minimum amount of fuss to make it, and as good as making it from scratch.

Nearing expiration date
We love the product and have used it many times, but it is always disconcerting when the expiration date is so near. It is August '23 and the two boxes we purchased have a September '23 expiration date. Should have at least a 6-month use window.
