What is included in the kit? Does it include all equipment needed?

No, it does not include everything you will need. You must supply the sugar for the fermentation. I also use fresh yeast, not knowing how long the package has been sitting and in what condition. i get a wine/cider yeast from my local brew store.

When bottling do I need amber color bottles?

Thanks for asking. Amber colored bottles are not necessary and you can use any color bottle when bottling cider. Cider does not contain the same light-sensitive compounds that are found in beer.
