No I've mixed mics in my board and I have no issues. There is a spec out there if you research it to find out why it doesn't affect the mic.

Not without some additional equipment. This is an analog microphone, and it has an XLR interface that you would normally plug into an amplifier or PA. You would be better off buying a USB microphone that already has an analog to digital convert inside.
