These LEDs are very bright at 12 volts. I tested them with my bench power supply, and they light up all the way down to about 2 volts. They're still quite visible at 2-3 volts. Because they have the resistor built in, you can wire them directly to your automotive wiring. I bought red, yellow, warm white, and blue. All are similarly bright with good colors. The blue might be a little hard on some people's eyes, but if it is diffused or reflected of gauges, it should be fine. I think they are an extremely good value and will be buying them again.

These are great 12v LEDs. I bought the green version and they are VERY bright. They work with 12v power sources natively, so there is no need to use resistors with them.

Not 5mil as stated but will work for project price is good for the amount of parts happy with the leds bright for small size

I was building a custom cluster for my Tahoe and I used both the blue and white leds from this company. I'm satisfied!

Just fixed my 2000 F-150 with a LFC Code 27 (B1884) using one of these bulbs. Pull off the radio/dash cover by hand, remove the passenger air bag module (three 5.5mm bolts), pop off back cover using small common screwdriver, de-solder the burnt out incandescent bulb and solder in the new bulb. No bulb cover is needed and I expect no more trouble since it's an LED. You can find YouTube videos explaining this easy fix. The hardest part is finding the right bulb and I believe this is the best bulb replacement option available. Color is your choice.

Had a professional install this led in a car dashboard circuit board plugged it in reconceked the battery turned the key it was on for a few seconds then went out. Big headache now I'm back to square one.
