GreenPan Memphis Healthy Ceramic Non-Stick 30 cm Frying Pan, PFAS Free, Induction, Oven Safe, Black

Greenpan is very good. I have been trying different models of these pans for a while now, I had the Valencia set; but I have to say I like this Memphis set more than the other. Its sparkly base is so beautiful. Its non-stick surface is as smooth as a marble. Great looking set overall. I believe the other sets have stainless steel handles which makes them more expensive. But that feature also makes them heavier. So if you do not use frying pans ever in the oven, like me, I think it is a bit overkill. So I am now happier with this set as the handles are lightweight.

Very competitive price, good quality and very easy cleaning

I threw away my Teflon pan and replaced with a carbon steel one, but wanted a little pan too that wasn’t as heavy. Found this brand had good reviews so thought I try it. I’m very impressed, good quality and does the job.

Bought this on 16th Dec 2024 and it hasn't even lasted 4 months. There are dozens of small pits especially round the rim. We've a Ninja of the same size that's older than a year and is still flawless. Won't be buying Greenpan again.

I have used this pan only some half dozen times and so far so good. It cleans with a wipe and the coating seems to be sound. The only slight issue is the inside of the base is slightly convex so any liquid tends to accumulate near the edges. In common with other makes this is a design feature, the rationale behind which escapes me.

Having watched "Dark Waters" on Amazon Prime (also higjly recommended), I wanted our toxic, 10 year old Teflon pans out of the house as soon as possible. These looked like a good balance of quality and price. Having received them I can say the scales weigh heavily on the quality side. The ceramic coating is silky smooth and efficiently nonstick. Handles are firmly fixed and pleasantly ergonomic, and the bases are hefty and solid. I usually shy away from aluminium cookware in view of the link to Alzheimer's, but there's no danger of contamination here, thanks to what feels like a thick and robust ceramic coating.Aluminium can also give uneven heating, but these have thicker, flattened bases that give excellent heat distribution.We were impressed enough to immefiately order a 30cm GreenPan to complete the set.

Bought on 14/02/2024. Didny use until 3 weeks later. Used with brushed on oil, egg partially stuck. Tried poaching with water, egg stuck. Tried to return but exceeded the 28 day limit.I thought there was a guarantee if the product didn’t live up to the description it could be returned. irrespective of the. time limit. Washed with either microfibres cloth or non metal scourer so treated properly. I have Greenpan Venice saucepan a few years -no problem Photo taken 29th April so you can see pan damage free.

I first ordered the 24cm one but that is indeed really small. I returned it without any problem and received a refund almost by return. This 27cm frying pan is lovely, the best I have had in a long time. It has a very very smooth inside - need to get used to that as the food slides out extremely easily ;-) but as far as frying itself is concerned it is wonderful. Just use oil directly from the bottle instead of with an oil spray (as the directions say), use low or maximum a medium high flame, make certain the oil is distributed over the whole pan, and voila, no problems with food sticking to the pan. I'm going to buy another one soon - maybe the small one again, after all!
