(2022 Upgraded Ver.) [8CH] Crystal Vision CVT808A-20WB 1080P Full HD Wireless Surveillance System NVR CCTV w/ 2TB HDD, Built-in Monitor & Router, 3MP Camera Auto Pair

The camera install was easy enough. When you hav an issue as we did with remote viewing it all went down south. We changed the password and since then we can not get remote viewing. I have tried deleting the app and reloading, deleting the system and reloading it. I can upload the system to the app and the initial password prompt works to get device, but after that it just continues to not show the cameras and say “wrong user or password.”You can only submit a help ticket or an email. And over the past 5 months I have gotten one single response that was not helpful at all!I’m looking to replace them and really wishing/trying to get my money back!

Got the system quickly and initially pleased with the equipment. Set up the cameras and linked to the NVR. All seemed well until I tried to review an event a day ago. System is not recording. Talked to to seller and they are sending a new power supply to hopefully fix the issue. I will update this review regarding a resolution from the seller.

The system is has multiple cameras and fairly easy to set up but the IP Pro app no longer functions so there is no remote viewing capability.

8 channel wireless system purchased 01/21. 2 weeks ago it started rebooting continuously. The only way to contact company is to submit a trouble ticket on their website. I submitted one about 2 weeks ago with no response. It appears that customer support is non existence.
