I have tried so many GF pasta brands in the past and pretty much have always been disappointed with the texture, flavour and aftertaste of most. This is the first brand that not only cooks like wheat pasta but has the taste and texture to match! With no weird mealy, mushy feel and zero aftertaste. Will not buy anything else moving forward!!! I can finally enjoy pasta !!

As a Celiac its hard to find good bread or pasta. This gluten free pasta is AMAZING! the texture is almost spot on to normal pasta when hot. When cooled it is hard like all gluten free pasta so i do not recommend making a cold salad with it. This is a staple in my home.

A lot of gluten free pasta is very sticky. This is the closest to traditional pasta that I've tried. It's quite good. I used the fettuccine style with my extended family and everyone enjoyed it in carbonara.

My whole family eats this. Good product. Holds up well. Tastes great.

Best non fresh GF pasta out there. Honeslty don’t notice the difference from Barilla, except this is slightly more golden in color. I’m extremely discerning (Aka picky) about my GF foods. If it tastes like crap, I just don’t eat it, I’m not settling. Have served it numerous times to not GF foodies and nobody notices the difference. Holds up to leftovers and has a nice Al dente bite to it. GF smoked cheddar mac and cheese was devoured by my teens and their friends and nobody had a clue. Try it,. The price isn’t horrible for GF but trust me, don’t waste your money on the mushy chickpea pastas, try this one first.

Ever since I found out I have celiac. I have become a pasta junkie. Growing up on pasta made from wheat is not easy to progress to a a gluten free pasta. I have tried so many gluten free pastas, none of them could compare to wheat. That is until I tried La Veneziane. It has a lighter sweet taste than wheat pasta however, Definitely ! holds it own on flavor. Taste great with pesto, Bolognese, or butter and garlic sauce tossed with micro greens. Thank You La Veneziane you have revived my childhood tastebuds.
