Great little sensor
Bought as part of a mini weather station project - went for this one as its a small board. Works fine and has been happily measuring temp, pressure and humidity outside for over 2 weeks.

Works As Intended
Works exactly as intended for logging Temperature, Pressure and Humidity. I'm using a Pi Pico W, but have also had this running on Raspberry Pi Zero.

Great sensor
Second time of purchase. This is a very nice sensor. However it is important to keep away from heat sources, like regulator chips and MCU.

All work fine and give precise readings
All of them work fine. They don't seem precalibrated but they are very sensitive and reliable to temperature changes.

Great Product Precise Reading
Easy to setup with python and probably any other program. The main thing is the readings are precise. I have 5 regular thermometers and barometer and the readings match up with them so I am confident that i am getting precise readings. I think only one can be connected on a PI but there are a few peeps on the internet saying you can connect as many as you like after a bit of config. However one is giving me the readings that i want then for an area 90x90x120. Great Product.

33% failure rate
I ordered 3, these were delivered quickly. Of the 3 I set up with ESP8266 nodes running ESPHome. Two are working fine and report sensor values that are in rough agreement with each other and a DHT22 sensor I have. I haven't got a calibrated measurement yet so I can't speak for their accuracy out of the box but they seem reasonable. The last BME280 failed to communicate with the ESP and became red hot to the point of burning my fingers when I picked it up, I guess I'm unlucky but I don't want to return all 3 for the sake of this one now they are deployed.

BME280 vero ed autentico
ho ordinato più volte articoli etichettati come BME280 m in realtà erano dei BMP280 cioè senza sensore di umidità. Sembra banale ma è frustrante ordinare un articolo con ben evidenziato che si tratta di un BME280 e poi accorgersi che l'articolo è solo un BMP280 camuffato ma non funzionante come BME. Il prodotto di cui faccio la recenzione è un autentico BME280 cioè sensore di temperature pressione ed umidita.
