Top-notch knee pads for Jiu-Jitsu
I've been using these knee pads for my jiu-jitsu training and they're fantastic. They provide excellent support and cushioning without being bulky. The fit is snug and comfortable, staying in place during intense rolls. The material is durable and breathable, which helps keep my knees cool and dry. Plus, their customer service is super responsive and helpful. Overall, a great investment for anyone serious about jiu-jitsu.

Super Comfortable and worth paying a little extra
I tried these The Venum Kontact Gel Knee Pads after getting my knees scuffed up during Jiu-Jitsu.I also liked the Bodyprox Protective knee pads - which are cheaper. However the Bodyprox knee pads are a little more bulky (so I felt a little limited in my movements) and they are not nearly as durable. These Venum Kontact Gel Knee Pads are a little more costly, but worth the price! They are by far the best I have used! I would highly recommend you pay a little more for these quality knee pads.

Poor fit
Do not fit well... They do not taper to fit on the lower portion of the knee and they press on the knee cap making them very uncomfortable. They slip down very fast too. Seem well made, but I returned this item and cannot provide feedback on that.

Good kneepad but not the most padded
I do Jiu-jitsu several times a week and this kneeled has held up well. It is awkward at first, but it became comfortable and a few weeks of wearing it. The level of padding the knee pads provide is adequate and I found it great for the price.

Knee savers for an old skater
These took a bit of breaking in, as you might expect with heavy neoprene pads. They don't slide around, and they do have enough cushioning to handle light impact at the skate park. I don't do MMA, don't watch MMA, and rarely even think about MMA, but I skate almost daily, and falling is part of it. These take a knee-basher and turn it into a bump that a middle-aged guy can shrug off.One thing to note: if you expect these to last when taking sliders on concrete or asphalt, think again. Neoprene handles those surfaces like cheddar handles a cheese grater. So wear something over them, whether long shorts or baggy jeans. That's my current system whenever I'm not doing something that calls for the heavy-duty 187 knee pads, and so far it works really well.

Weak stitching
Had a set for less than a month. Wore them and washed them twice, and on the third wear, they ripped halfway down the back while doing shrimping drills during a warm-up. I typically like Venum products, but these are garbage. I have a set of Asics wrestling kneepads that have lasted 3 years and are still serviceable. Save your money here!

Padding is amazing and has good flexibility at the same time
Padding is good and durable and it doesnt restrict range of motion at all(if you buy the right size always measure before buying)
