I use this bag to refill my LactoJoy tin. These work great because they have more lactase than Lactaid pills.

I hate all the Lactaid envelopes I've thrown away, and I'm tired of buying overpriced over packaged lactase pills. I tended to get generic, so the price was much better, but it was still such a waste with those packets, and I often needed to take two pills for a single meal (even then results were good, not great). Don't even get me started on the chewables, which just are bulky and wasn't a great fit for anything not vanilla.These are compact, flavorless, and while pricy, very effective. If I consider the times I had to take two pills, the frustration and waste of the packets, and the hit and missed availability locally anyway of lactose pills, I'm very happy with these. I've been through a few hundred (with all of the pizza, ice cream, fondue, lattes, etc associated with that), and I've never had any issues where these pills let me down.Strongly recommended

The perfect lactase pill. Does not contain the artificial sweetener that causes me gastrointestinal pain, it’s got enough lactase to cover whatever I’m eating/drinking, convenient to carry in a little metal box, and super reliable. Removes one more stress from my life.

These tablets are great...I take more of recommended dose (4) and they work great before dairy.

These are the most effective lactase pills I've found. These never make me feel sick or give me a stomach ache.Using the same dosage of Lactaid gives me a stomach ache even if I don't eat any milk products, because of the other ingredients in Lactaid, but these are tiny and basically just lactose.I do take a couple when eating ice cream so try that if one does not suffice.My one complaint is that when they rattle around in your pocket they tend to break up a bit.

Works like a dream, they can be swallowed or chewed in the food, whatever you please. They work way better than you'd expect as well. It recommends no more than 10 a day which is more than you'll ever need. Taking 4 of them is enough to eat an entire pizza by myself and feel absolutely nothing. Very good product but a bit pricey.

This is THE best lactase product on the market
