love this punch. can be uses with card stock or plain paper. makes a very pretty edge on the paper. if you love butterflies this is the one punch for you . so many ideas with this. envelops , party invites, streamers on the edge of a table. picture frames notebook edging...many more... but am sure you will love this and will find lots to do with this...enjoy

Unfortunately I had to return the item for several reasons. The package looked like it had already been opened and used but I thought never mind the item will still be ok. However, I wanted it to put a pretty edge down some handmade greeting cards but I had to put all my weight behind punching the card out and when it did work although very pretty, it punched the whole design out from the card therefore not producing an edge as I wanted and as described. It does not punch through 120 gsm card very well at all so I tried on normal paper 80gms and this just got chewed up in the mechanism and torn. I do wonder who quality controlled this item because it certainly didn't work for me!

I am finding the Ek Success punches ( not all) are difficult to keep from ripping the paper when the cut is done. I have a few that work great this one ripped the paper and I had difficulty trying to get it unstuck between punches.
