Buy at least one size up from what you normally would.
These underwear look really nice, and although there have been negative comments about quality, I find them to be very well made. Only issue is with the fit. I highly recommend that you buy at least one size higher than what you normally would, and I feel confident that two sizes higher probably wouldn't have most guys swimming in them.
