USP 66224 HDPE Bottle, Jug Style, 1 gal, Plastic

Jug seemed ok, but it was sent to me without a cap. Doesn’t help much without it. Not going to bother with the return shipping and all for a tiny plastic cap. So I had to try and buy extra caps. Very disappointed it did t come complete.

This bottle is quite thick, and I use it for my vinegar and water solution mixture. I usually prefer glass bottles for liquids, but because this bottle is made of durable HDPE material, it is impact and weather resistant. This type of material also resists mold, mildew, rotting, and I expect it to last for a long time.

Yes, the other reviews are correct. This jug arrived without a cap. It is a perfectly good plastic jug so long as you don't really need its contents to remain in the jug. The text description does not explictly state it comes with a cap, but does it really need to when all of the photos clearly show a jug with a cap on it? If you don't mind a jug with no cap then this is for you, otherwise keep looking or plan to scrounge up a cap somewhere.

These are great sturdy gallon jugs! I dabbled with making my own fabric softener and needed something sturdy and realiable to hold my mix. This was perfect! I poured hot liquid into this jug and it did great with rhe hot liquid. It's also reusable.

Exactly as expected. Good quality plastic and no weird smells.

I ordered two of these bottles. One came with a lid; one did not. So, bottom line: one bottle for the price of two.

Works perfect for mixing and storing fertilizer for my house plants and flowers outside.
