Broken and unusable. I should have opened when received knowing it’d be months before I’d use it.
i Bought this last November knowing I wouldn’t use it until summer. I never even opened the box until ready to set it up.I noticed immediately when putting it together that the top part connecting the umbrella to the pole was damaged. That taught me to check items out when received regardless of whether or not I’ll use it then.As months had passed between receipt and opening I’d passed the Return deadline. I see no way to replace the broken part as the entire unit depends on this piece from running the cord through it to connecting it to the pipe to raise/lower, open/close the umbrella.It’s just unusable! My bad for not opening the box and checking the contents sooner. Lesson learned.I wish I had a way to contact the seller; am I missing seeing that information?

No hardware to assemble.
Looks nice but I did not receive any of the assembly hard ware, bolts, hand bolts or wrench so it is just leaning against my patio wall useless. Got the bolts it is fine now.Update I was contacted and told they will ship the missing parts to me. I raised my review to 3 stars from 1. When I receive the parts I will adjust the review again.

Product issues.
I received this product on the 26th and set it up on the 28th. Unfortunately 5 days later, this product is showing wear and I'm concerned of it breaking any day. The grooved cap on the stand that the top sits in always turns so no matter how steady the base the umbrella top spins. There's a sleeve on the umbrella arm that doesn't fit correctly so during any adjustment it bends and since it's plastic it's already about to crack. Even if I slide it up and adjust it first, the plastic sleeves just slides around. Also the internal string inside the umbrella is starting to fray. I've enclosed some photos.

Rope broke, won't work now
This umbrella was great for a summer. Then the rope that is used to draw the umbrella up and down snapped, and now it is useless. Contacted both companies involved in the sale here asking for advice about repairing it (didn't even seek a replacement) and neither replied with advice. At that point we mutilated the crank trying to repair it ourselves, but the mechanism is internal and it cannot be repaired. So disappointed that we didn't get any more time with this fine product, and saddened to have to write a negative review.

base bent
Worked great, but a strong wind was able to wiggle the stand from under the weights and it tipped, bending the crossbars in the base and the part that attaches the pole to the base. Otherwise worked great. I'm searching for replacement bottom pole and base, so far no luck.Update: the seller got the needed replacement parts to me. It's working great again!

The Light Green is beautiful. This Umbrella is comparable to our old one. Arrived intact. The price is amazing.

Great bang for buck
Easy to install and stays put even in windy conditions. Feels just as sturdy as the $300 ones and looks just as awesome. Great bang for the buck and the turquoise color is very vibrant. Love it!
