Hai,I ordered this product with scheduled delivery and received on same day 24-06-20, and next day received a call from service center for installation, and installation boy said we will not do plumbing work and told it may take three ro four days to come for instsllation, and i opend the pack and tryed to install and sent the photos of water inlet pipe connection to tap for suggestion, he said simply I don't know, I tried in different ways, and I got one best easy way to connect is - went to hardware shap and purchased one nippala 3/4 inch, and one washing machine pipe 8 MTR length from flipkart.Dishwasher inlet pipe and washing machine inlet pipe both are joint tighter with this 3/4connecter, and this washing machine inlet pipe is very easily connected to tap. Due to this 8 meeter length pipe no need of plumbing work.After this I called several times for demo, and he is not ready, then I tried in youtube, with the usermanual I stared the machine,First day while startingI put arround one kg of salt and one ltr water in salt chamber, then reinse aid liquid, then detergent two table spoons,Started wash and I saw after wash there are many white dots on all steel and alluminium dishes, I called asked to installationperson, he told due to bore water which ishard, so change settings but he told how to change I don't know, then I tried in youtube but no soluation, and finally I got in user manual very clearly, and tried and changed water and rinse setting, thne it given best result and washing is excellent,It give one week good result then started showing problems,It takes water in and out with in 2 minutes, I tried whole night the problem is not solved, I called service centerfour to five for demo and installation they booked demo every time but no person iscomming for this Theni asked for repair complaint, and putseveral mails for help desk no ready, I started booking complaint in site, it showing serial no is no there with warranty and withou warranty,Finally on 10 th day I put replacement and Amazon is processed for refund due to non availability of stock.The next day morning the came for pickup I told to come next day product is not ready with packing, and tried that day its started working, then I called to pickup person and said that we are not in Hyderabad pl come for pickup after five days and they rescheduled, three to four days works well and again started problems, finally they pickup after one week and given refund.Pl check immidiatly when the product. Is received some basic manufacturing details.Becuase I recived the product on 24-06-2020 it is imported and manufactured in the year December 2017. Almost two nad half years completed from the date of its import and manufactured. I saw this at the time return packing.I think this may be used product that why it is not showing serial no for complant booking, and giving problems.Ultimately the product giving resultsare excellent andvery helpfull, we can clean at least four to five members family utinsiles one time, but we need to plan just proper arrangement, my wife and me very happy with this product but our badluck is we received a bad pice. Butservicw is very poor.

My dishwasher is no longer working for past few months and even after countless calls the company is so careless. This is the third product within my known and all of them after facing similar issue after 1 year. I would very strongly suggest everyone to consider thrice. Your joys could be short lived.—- UpdatedThe product is exceptional. I have used Kaff and seen Bosch in use and it is better than both. The “brand” is just careless. I was supposed to get a call from their customer care for installation in 2 hours and I am still waiting them to contact me (more than a week). I was able to set it up on my own :)—— Previously :This is one of the worst product to purchase. I wish I never bought it. 9 out of 10 times you will get a faulty product as it is imported product the company technicians never respond and support is really pathetic.

But it's the same problem with any other dishwasher.2. Water inlet and power connections needs to be checked in the installation area before ordering otherwise we have to wait for a long to get the product installed. 16 A socket and 1 inch tap needed.3. Extra accessories are sold at the time of installation. Softner, cover, stand etc. They are good but i didn't expect them and don't know the need.4. Cleaning entirely depends on the positioning of the plates and detergent quality. Common issue with all dishwashers.Overall I find it good to get a trusted brand dishwasher in reasonable cost with all necessary features.

After due searching, i thought this model had all that we wanted in a Dish Washer and that too for a very compelling price during a sale. We were using LG dishwasher for almost 9 years and we were looking for Bosch as that had most of the reviews. But, we wanted a larger plate setting one with good functionalities and this suited the bill. My Wife is enjoying using this machine and the vessels come out sparkling clean. We use Finish tablets and the results are great.While this might not have many reviews, Whirlpool is a quality product, made in Poland, well packed and stunning to look at.I will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new dish washer. If you maintain it well by removing the filters, clean them, clean the inner tub and outer shell, it will last for a long time. This one comes with the Silver Inox finish and it is great.All the best

The product broke down around 3 to 4 months only after purchase and had a very very bad and hard time with whirlpool service, we called the whirlpool customer care and it took one week for them to respond when we needed the dishwasher badly . I had very bad experiences with whirlpool service with the washing machine repair, setting up a new one as well as setting up the dishwasher also. It took more than a week and they said it cant be repaired or serviced and will do a refund and after a long process after more than 2 weeks started it , they said 45 days , its been more than 3 months and still waiting for an answer and now when trying to contact whirlpool custimer care none of the persons who intiated the process are not taking phone or responding . Whirlpool customer care and service is the worst ever one , very unprofessional , very customer unfriendly . Once you have issues you will curse yourself for being a whirlpool customer from my mulitlple experineces and have vowed never ever to buy a whirlpool product
