GBC Inpire+/Rexel Style A4 Laminator, Laminating Machine with Starter Pack of Pouches, 4 Minute Warm Up Time, Black (4402075)

This is one of those products that simply does what it says. It laminates 250 micron (2x125) with ease. The speed is fine for home use; warm-up is just a few minutes and laminating an A4 sheet takes a minute. So far I've not had any jamming and the unit is proving durable. Unlike my previous, old laminator, this one is quite lightweight and compact; much easier to store in the corner of a cupboard. It's great value for a known brand laminator.

Basic and cheap laminator that does the job.

I write rhyming children's books to inspire little minds to dream BIG and I have been using this laminator in combination with the "H&S 100 x A4 Laminating Pouches 150 Micron (2 x 75 Micron) Gloss Laminator Pouches Sheets" to create marketing material for outdoor purposes. The laminator is easy to use and warms up in under 4 min. I've attached a photo of how laminated pouches look prior (left) and after (right) the lamination process. You can see that they turn beautifully transparent. The only disadvantage I noticed about this particular laminator is (and I'm taking off one star for this) that the laminated item does not fully leave the laminator, which means it stays too close to the heat source, which obviously could become a heat hazard. Thus, IF you don't walk away while laminating things and IF you don't let children use this machine by themselves, this laminator is a great choice.

Used this laminator for school projects and organising important documents at home. Heats up in about four minutes, so can get started quickly without waiting. Laminates A4 sheets smoothly, and the included pouches are a nice bonus for getting started straight away. Tried both hot and cold settings—hot works well for standard paper, and the cold option is handy for photos or anything heat-sensitive. Machine is compact and fits easily on a desk or shelf, so doesn’t take up much space. Operation is easy, just a single switch, and haven’t had any jams so far. Feels sturdy and looks smart in white. Very pleased. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would certainly recommend. Great value for the price.

The media could not be loaded. So I’ve been in the market for a laminator for a while but never found one for a good price that worked well tooI found this during the prime sale for about €20 and said I’d give it a go, I am so happy with this purchaseIt heats up in only a few minutes and doesn’t get hot to touchI did buy some Fellowes laminating pouches so I had extra stock and it works perfectly with those. They have a watermark for ease of use that disappear when put through the laminator and they do disappear completely and the laminator hasn’t jammed once even with using other pouchesIt’s such a nice size too, fits perfectly in a small office spaceEverything I’ve laminated so far has come out so clear and there’s no lifting or bubbles at allThis is my first time laminating ever so as a beginner it is very user friendly

Bought this after my last laminator broke, this is the listing for my previous laminator but they have changed the branding on it which is slightly suspicious to me but for the actual laminator itself, it's good. I use it to laminate bookmarks

Bought this for work easy to use and does a great job.

My Rexel laminator, which had had little use, kept jamming internally and was impossible to unjam without disassembling the entire machine.I've had this one for only a short while so can't attest to its long-term reliability. It works just fine, however, and a small button at the back releases the rollers and allows any jams to be freed providing you have an edge to pull out. I hope I won't be needing it.As per the instructions, it's important to remember that all pouches should be fed in with the sealed end first, or the top edge of the pouch will curl and jam as it hits the rollers.
