 The only thing I found a little strange was that the packaging showed that it was a nursing pillow when it was definitely meant for travel.So far I'm finding the pillow really comfortable and easy to use. I personally don't like blowing into valves of inflatable pillows and I really enjoy that this pillow has a pump built in so that I don't need to blow into it. This pillow fits my neck perfectly and I've already used it for a little road trip. It is really comfortable and supports your neck if you're in a tight spot like on a Greyhound. The case on it is also removable so you can wash it. (As a slight germaphobe, I really appreciate that.)

This is my new goto travel pillow. And while I may not travel internationally every week, I have enough experience under my belt and tried enough pillows to know whats important.The good:-Great comfort for the size/space/weight. If doing one-bag travel across large oceans, not only is comfort important, but size. Inflatables have an edge here vs memory foam. I am a STRONG believer for traveling as light as possible.-Ergonomic design makes a huge difference. Compared to "average" inflatables, this is generally taller where it needs to be, and flatter against the headrest.-Outside silk material is a nice touch. I like it.-One way valve is well designed and practical for the air valve.Cons:-If comfort is your ONLY concern, and space is not an issue for you, then a higher end memory foam pillow will be more comfortable. Cabeau still reigns supreme on comfort if you ask me.-You look a little silly pumping the thing up with a pump vs inflating with your mouth. I mean, it's not a camping pad so it should take like 3 breaths, not sure if the pump is truly necessary. But IT IS more hygenic. So I get why most people would prefer that. But I would rather face my own germs and just blow it up. I guess I am gross, and that's on me ;)-I think for an extra couple cents in manufacturing, they could add a strap across the front to tie the pillow firm around your neck. Not the biggest of deals, but I think it could be a comfort upgrade.ProTips-For maximum comfort, this thing needs to be FIRM! When in doubt, keep pumping. This thing needs to be a basketball.-I wear this thing INSIDE my hoodie hood. It's hard to explain, but actually helps alot. It keeps the pillow in a firm shape, and helps the pillow stay upright. I know not everyone wears hoodies on planes (or even in general), but if you have no shame and want to be MAXIMUM comfortable on a 12 hour+ flight, its worth it. Try it, and you will know what I am talking about.In summary, I would say while you find a more comfortable pillow if you are willing to spend more for a high end Cabeau, I think this is by far a greater value pillow due to its unique set of features that make it great for lightweight travelers.

I love that this is inflatable and can be tucked into a carry on, and inflated/deflated on demand. You do not blow this up with your mouth!The pump is built into the pillow, and it took a few tries to find the correct spot to press/pump to inflate. Once I understood how to inflate it, it was just a minute or two to inflate it successfully. It fit perfectly around my neck. The fabric is not 'soft', but it surprised me that it did not irritate my sensitive skin. I might wrap it with a scarf on longer flights.

I love the material, very soft and comfortable fit. It's so easy to inflate, fill with air via pump, no need to blow it up. Quick deflates and folds up to a very small size in the pouch, takes up very little space, so easy to carry, great for travel.
