Great topping!
I use this in a noodle dish with a peanut sauce, along with sliced green onions. You just need a light sprinkling and then mix it in whatever you’re making, then top with your onions or whatever. You can add more according to your taste, but you definitely don’t want TOO much. Here’s the recipeSpicy Peanut Noodles with Chili Oil & Fried GarlicThis is quick and absolutely delish!4 oz. Taiwanese knife cut noodles (which hold the sauce nicely) or your preferred noodles3 tbsp. peanut butter (more to taste)1 tbsp. chinkiang vinegar (more to taste)2 tbsp. chili crisp oil like Lao Gan Ma or Fly by Jing** (You can go with a little less)1 tbsp. sesame oil (more to taste)1 tbsp. soy sauce (more to taste)2 stalk scallions, chopped (more to taste)2 tbsp. fried garlicInstructions:Boil water and cook instant noodles according to package instructions (do not use any seasoning packets that might come with the small bundles of noodles) I like A-Sha Chewy Knife Cut Squiggly Noodles I order on Amazon, 3 bundles for this recipe.Chop scallions and set asideCombine peanut butter, chinkiang vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp. of the hot water from your boiling noodles in a large bowlOnce noodles are cooked, use chopsticks or tongs to transfer them directly to the bowl, stirring to coat with the sauce and adding more noodle water if sauce is too thick. Taste and add sauces to personal preferenceTop with fried garlic and scallions and enjoy

Great Crunch
Thought it was a smaller container, but I'm not complaining. Makes a great finish to Green Beans... salads... even spaghetti!!! Haven't tried it on garlic bread. No bitter taste, just flavor and crunch!

That's what it's supposed to be
The people who wrote negative reviews didn't understand what they were buying. They probably thought they were buying something that would taste like sauteed garlic what's this is not. This is fried garlic and it will taste it very intense and slightly burned. That's the way it's supposed to taste. And answering to people who found a slightly overcooked bitter taste, that can be true as well because there is a fine line between perfectly cooked and overdone with garlic. And, it only takes a split second to get there when frying the garlic. Keep these things in mind and if you can't live with a discrepancies, quit complaining and make your own

Garlic lovers unite
The Maesri Fried Garlic is so crunchy and garlicky that we use it every day on so many things. It's very well done, so if you don't like that, you likely will not enjoy it. Think of the garlic on a garlic bagel after it's been toasted and you get the idea. This is a large plastic jar that is sealed in cellophane in addition to the inner seal.Recently made a dip with this, cracked pepper and a touch of cumin in sour cream for a plain potato chip dip. Perfect on ramen even if you add nothing else.

Delicious 👌
I've tried other fried garlic and for me, this has no bitter aftertaste and it's much better priced.I love how it's nicely minced and super crunchy. Excellent on just about anything you put it on❣️
