This was not my favorite flavor of meal but my son absolutely loved it

I've never had these freeze dried meals before. These are amazing! These are as good as regular meals, or even some fast food places. I really enjoyed eating them. Easy to just remove the oxygen absorber, add water and eat. I had the Fettucine alfredo and Teriyaki chicken, both amazing. Saving some for emergencies.

Peak Refuel meals are general larger than other meals so in some cases really can feed two people. Taste is generally very good. I ordered this 6-meal pack twice, never had any stale or bad meals.One star down since the product is misrepresented on amazon www - the photo shows one of the packets is the good breakfast skillet but the product actually contains the cheaper / less desirable biscuit and gravy.

EXCELENT. Not just for camping/emergencies

Peak is my number one choice. As an avid camper year round, Peak is my choice. Haven’t found one that wasn’t edible. For the most part, good flavor.

Purchased a few of the Peak Refuel meals for a multiday hiking trip. Of the meals I selected, the Teriyaki was my favorite. After trekking many miles this is a great quick to prepare after reaching camp. Took a few minutes to boil some water in a titanium cup on an $8 compact portable stove, poured it into the bag shook it up, waited about 10 minutes, and had a nice hot meal. Packaging made it easy to pack out. I'll definitely use Peak Refuel on future hiking adventures.

Easy to make, unexpectedly spicy flavorful, I added extra water (for personal taste), Otherwise, very high quality and delicious entree! Generous amount of chicken and vegetables. This is a matter of personal taste but this entree wasn't as sweet as I was expecting for a "Teriyaki entree" which I would have enjoyed more. What was distracting was the spicy hot flavor which I didn't expect.

Favorite freeze dried meals! Delicious and easy to prep just add hot water. The meals are not super full of salt and other things that are commonly found to make these type of meals taste better YET these meals taste great!I have tried almost all of the meals available through Peak Refuel (not all available on Amazon) and have not found one I don't like.

Pretty good price.Didn't touch the oatmeal, but the other meals were pretty appetizing.

Food is very tasty, but I would ignore claims of two full meals in each pack. If you are backcountry hiking, you'll be very hungry and will easily eat one of these for a meal. I also find that it's easy to put too much water in. They get watery very easily. Overall, though, the quality of the meals is very good and hearty. Glad they're made in USA and not China!

Great meals I was really happy with them on trail after a long day on trail these meals are something to look forward to.

A bit on the expensive side but absolute delicious. Taste is subjective. I liked Sweet Pork the most and the lest favorite was the Breakfast (too much onion, not enough salt and pepper).I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
