How big a toilet rim does it fit

I've got one with no colour coming out and another that's streaming... is there a cap that needs removing?

There's no cap or wrap on the actual room block. Depending on what colours you have should be the colours coming out from it. I currently have a blue and white one and i can hardly see the white but its still there. The water goes in through the holes in the holder when you flush and the balls then release some colour. Hope this helps.

Useful though not the best

I do like these, but am worried they may fall in the loo. Otherwise, I've never smelt the fragrant pink balls at all when flushing, although you do get a foam and a slight colouring of blue.Four stars as can't smell and of the scent, and the blue balls run out long before the pink.
